  1. During the cruise on about the halfway point you will be given a disembark form by your cabin steward. Simply indicate you want to carry your own luggage off and follow the instructions on the form. You will usually be the first group off the ship. You still have to go through customs however you don't have to find your luggage in the warehouse.

  2. I only wish I could book the Caribe aft cabin that overlooks the wake. That would be amazing - and cheaper to boot! But I have to stick with midship, since my DH tends towards seasickness. He does just fine at midship. But even though he'll have patch and bonine, figure why take chances. Maybe someday though.;) For now, just happy to be booked. Thanks again for confirming my choice. Really helped.

My wife and I love the true aft cabins, the wake, view and privacy are fantastic. However they are considered premium balconies and as such are actually more expensive than a normal caribe cabin. To us it's well worth it though, if you can find one available. Happy Cruising.

  3. When I was on the Allure they sold Popcorn. Well my son loves popcorn and it cost as a pretty penny the whole trip for popcorn. Does the liberty have popcorn and if so is there a fee?

If your son loves popcorn like my DW then I suggest you book a cruise on Princess. They have fresh popped popcorn and milk and cookies available when they show their movies under the stars and the best part is it's free.

  4. What they don't tell you about anytime dining is that you can call in the morning and make a reservation. We always eat between 5:00 and 5:45. We never had to wait as when you show up just tell them you have a reservation and you will be seated quickly. We have 15 grandchildren and full understand your dilemma to get the little one fed before they get tired.

  5. My DW and I have cruised twice on Princess (Emerald & Ruby) and fell in love with cruising. Recently my Son and his DW have tried to convince us to sail with them on Oasis next July. They have sailed on Oasis twice and love Royal Caribbean. I checked the web site for the price of a Balcony Cabin and found The price a little high for us but my son told me they would come down. Well since that time it has increased to over 3000 per person. I guess I have to ask everyone here "has RC lost it's mind"

Or what? I would never pay more than 1500 per person for a 7 night Eastern Caribbean balcony cabin. What do all you veteran RC cruisers think?

  6. I recently purchased my DW a cruise on the Emerald Princess as a surprise Christmas present, and would like to know how to get one of those door signs that have the ship and intinery on them. I have seen them in pictures and thought that placing it in a frame and wrapping it would be the perfect way to surprise her on Christmas morning. Can anyone help me?
