Booked Aqua 80 for the Oasis TA (April 21) this morning.

Thank you! I went online and was able to book. Interesting that Aqua 80 wasn't showing up on the app! Even after I booked on the computer my reservation isnt showing on the app...

So is Aqua80 the only Aqua show on Oasis now? I thought they had 2 different shows in the past.

  2. I was so glad to see a Brunello listed because it is my DH's favorite. I wanted to order a bottle for our cabin upon embarking as a welcome to cruising gift for his first cruise. On the Princess list of gifts that can be ordered, the Brunello is not listed. I called Princess and the representative said she did not know of a Brunello available. Anyone have suggestions of how I can order this for a "welcome to cruising" gift for him?

The wine gift list is distinct from the dining room wine list (posted above). I don't know of a way to pre-purchase wines off the dining room list. Also FYI - Palazzo is actually a pretty good Brunello (just drank a bottle of the 2001 a few months ago), and the Princess price of $49 is actually less than the regular retail price around here. I believe they were serving the 2006 vintage on my last cruise a couple weeks ago.

  3. Note that the Sommelier's Specials vary ship to ship.

Also the producer for the Chateauneuf-du-pape is Serabel. A steal for $31, despite the 2011 vintage.

I was surprised to find that most of the higher end wines had some age to them - for example:

    2006 Luce Della Vita $79

2006 Don Maximiano, Founder's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon $85

2005 Mount Veeder Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon $65

Vintages are not printed on the wine list so they can swap out vintages without reprinting the list.
