  1. Yes - Once I got the current Sip-Sail and Specialty Dining offer, I pretty much planned on paying whatever the current prices are - Our cruise (which is at Christmas 2017) would have to come down substantially to lose the promos we now have - which in my mind won't happen! Still a good deal Im saving now!!

  2. We just upgraded 3 future cruises to include the Sip/Sail at $0 cost! although not HUGE drinkers the specialty coffee alone (we spend at least $15per day each) is a big bonus - and now we can enjoy some wine/cocktails in the evening, on our way to beautiful Hawaii at Christmas! thank you PRINCESS!

  3. Just checked our NOV 2017 Mexico cruise and the price is exactly the same under Sip and Sail....since we are taking our 2 grand daughters, the drink packages are worth almost $1300.00, plus the specialty dining for 4 so a real deal for us!!!

I didnt think the new SIP/SAIL didnt start until June 21??

  4. I'll just have to see what happens to pricing. There is a 10 day Mexico cruise out of SF January 24. Currently a balcony is priced from $1,299.00. I'll see how much it is when the Sip-n-Sail promo goes into place. I'm guessing it will be higher.

We've locked down a mini-suite for 1849 in Feb 2018. At least we know we will pay that at a minimum - now we'll see what happens when the Sip-Sail kicks in.

  5. Beware! Travel agents do NOT always read and understand Princess' fine print. Ours was advised by the Signature Net to rebook us to save us $200. BAD IDEA. We had originally booked under the sale which offered free pre-paid gratuities. The $100 each deposit was non-refundable. So she rebooked us to "save" us $200. Guess what! We lost the deposit, we lost the free gratuities, a total loss of $400 to gain $200! Now she's trying to get us at least even. We'll visit today and see how we stand. Final note. We visited a different agency to see what they offered on a different subject. They ALSO did not understand the Princess "fine print". BEWARE!

When Ive dealt directly with PRINCESS, they have always been up front and very clear with the pros-cons of changing a reservation BEFORE anything is done - I will go directly with PRiNCESS before trusting any TA to know all the ins-and-outs.

  6. If your agent handles it properly, you should be able to keep your cabin and dining.

If your agent says you cannot keep it, speak with a different agent.

you can definitly keep your original cabin/dining i have done it many times on my own without a TA -Now depending on pricing and offerrings you may have to deal with increased prices etc. depends on what you can carry over from original booking.
