Totally frustrated with the app for princess. I can not tell you ll how much trouble I have had with filling it out and I am still not done. I think it needs to be simplified and also everyone is not computer literate to do it all. What do the folks do that have no computer or cell phone?

Let me understand this correctly I can’t fill out the papers till 72 hours ahead of time to take my cruise to get to Canada then we’re ready to leave Canada I have to fill out another paper this is really getting ridiculous is supposed to be vacation enjoyment why don’t they just not like cruises go to Canada who wants to fill out all this extra paperwork and what about if I don’t have phone service in Canada what am I supposed to do that paper forms you can fill out on the cruise? Everyone doesn’t have a computer or cell phone they make it very complicated for people and if I knew this ahead of time I would’ve picked a cruise that one somewhere else not  to Canada

No one knows hat will happen in a year covid could be worse or kit may be lifted. If I knew all this crap. I would have picked a cruise that does not go into canada

It’s a pain in the ass as you can bot fill out all th forms till 48 hours ahead. If I knew this sooner I would have chosen another cruise
