We have been in this situation twice before. Once they let us but said, "no guarantees" and the other it was a hard "No". Since you don't have to decide until midway through the cruise, I would stop at guest services while onboard and see if they will make a small exception. Don't use the mediation app chat feature. You will get a hard "no".

But it is now March 26th. No matter how the refunds are handled, whether electronically or manually, you would think at least one person on this board would have seen their cash refund by now...

We have an upcoming cruise on the Constellation on 12/28 but this would apply to all Celebrity Cruises. The planner says: Upgrade to Premium Wi-Fi - 2 Device add $24.99 per guest per day. But then in the highlights it says "This upgrade includes 2 devices." If there are 2 guests in the room shouldn't it say it "includes 4 devices"?
