  1. Can someone help? I'm trying to do the MSC status match by sending them a screen shot of my Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor page (this is what an MSC agent said to do.)

I sent it in an got an email back rejecting it. email said it needed to include my last name. The problem is the RCL C&A page doesn't show my last name. Also, RCL doesn't send out "membership" cards anymore, which may have worked.

Has anyone had to deal with this issue and have a solution?

    Thank you in advance

Just off the Meraviglia and had the "easy package" included with our Aurea experience.  As another poster said, gratuity is included...there's not even a line to add more. FYI, we were unhappy with the limited available drink options of this package, so upgraded to the "premium plus" package. We're not heavy drinkers, but we wanted the flexibility to drink what we wanted when we wanted, including the use of all drinks and snacks in our mini bar (somehow pringles taste better on vacation and it was very handy to grab bottled waters before leaving the ship for excursions!) With premium plus, when I ordered a glass of champagne with dinner, the waiter would automatically bring the bottle (not that I drank the whole thing, but it was fun.) When I ordered a cosmo at any bar and asked for grey goose, the response was "no problem" and the bill was always $0.  Enjoy your cruise...the Meraviglia is a beautiful ship!

Perfect timing :) I just booked Meraviglia and I'm new to MSC. I have a question about upgrading from the Easy Package to Premium or Premium Plus. is the cost to upgrade prorated since you already had "purchased" the Easy Package. Can you tell me what the cost was to upgrade?

  3. I've stayed in the studios on the Epic twice and love them! I never felt unsafe and I loved having the lounge right down the hallway. I could run down there for a quick snack and then run back to my room without having to go all over the ship.

The meetings in the evening were fun, as were the dinners. The solo coordinators we had during those two trips were both awesome and were always ready to help with any reservations and/or changes that you might need.

I love the Epic and I love the studios. NCL's attention to the solo traveler community is a huge plus, in my opinion, and is the reason I haven't even considered looking elsewhere.

Just book a Studio on Epic. I didn't realize NCL staffs the area with a solo coordinator to set up group dinners and excursions. Great idea! I'm really looking forward to my first NCL Cruise!

  4. This is a panoramic shot we took on our last morning before disembarking. There are 2 tv's on each side of the wall.https://www.icloud.com/photostream/#AU532ODWtiszmz

If this link doesn't work, just send me a PM and I will send it to you. I couldn't upload it because of it's size.

Wow, It's huge! i just booked 1864 on Freedom of the Seas. While Navigator is a different class of ship, I think i can safely assume the room will be very similar if not the same.

    Great Picture, Thank you.

So looking forward to experiencing this cabin/stateroom!
