We have 1050 on our upcoming cruise, nine days out of New Orleans. Anyone have any info on that cabin would love to hear. Thanks, Paula

GS are great! We do spend time in the cabin and it makes it so much more comfortable. We enjoy the better room service menu options or having breakfast in Chops. Yes, there are several benefits. However, if you view the cabin as a place to sleep and shower, I don't know if it would be worth it for you. Enjoy whatever you decide.

We are not comfortable with the heavy comforters. We ask and get a light blanket with a sheet on top and a sheet below....... Works better for us than the weight of the comforter.

Works great for us. Just a few undies, socks, t-shirts. We have a free coupon, actually two coupons since we are D+.

The outside table will be brought in if you request along with a table cloth. I enjoy breakfast on the balcony and sometimes lunch. Have not done dinner yet but have been told the table works ok in the cabin and certainly something to enjoy. You will find it very difficult to go back once you experience the suite!

Yes, a very nice evening. Food a bit different from the main menu, wine flows, and don't have a clue how we got there. Glad we had the opportunity to experience it and enjoyed very much. Sure would like for it to happen again! The picture of the group and the signed menu is a nice touch.

Wind is really blowing at the dock today. Think they were late coming in this morning, probably means late departure. My turn next week!!

Will be on the Mariner last day of March. Am looking forward to it! Hopefully the fog issue will be a non-issue! Makes for a much easier drive from east Texas. Last one a few weeks ago out of New Orleans was a very LONG drive. Anything is better than flying thought.

I have seen sets in the card room on several ships in the past. Wish I could get up a game on my upcoming cruises. Going on the Mariner March 31st and the Serenade next December. LOVE TO PLAY!

We will be driving so will be easy to buy a couple of bottles and carry on, of course will do that in the carry on bags. Us too, so looking forward to the cruise. Have picked out clothes and now I need to eliminate a few! That's always the way I pack. The wine surprise was a nice gift to all of us! Paula

I love walking into the cabin and seeing a welcome gift. It adds to the excitement of the trip and guess after 40 plus cruises will never tire of it. Yes, the higher up the ladder you get, things get a bit nicer, plus we travel in suites and the goodies never stop. I know, I know, we pay for it but I still enjoy the treats!!

Were recently on the Mariner and Nadia was the concierge, does a great job. Enjoyed visiting with her in the lounge and also in Chops on departure day. She is a big help!

Got two booked. One in Dec and one in Feb. Looking forward to both. Very Hot in Texas!

When does the personalizer become unavailable.... Am waiting on a guarantee cabin number and would like to print luggage tags when the cabin number is assigned if possible. Looks like it's going to be about five days prior to sailing. We are on the Sept 5th Emerald with a gte mini. Just wondering if I will be able to access the personalizer at that time. Thanks for any help on this.

Understand knee problems!! When we were there in April my knee went out and I got a wheelchair to take me from the ship to the shopping area and back. Not fun, but it worked and all it cost was a tip for the chair driver!
