Don't worry about condition..... victory is going into dry dock at the end of march, one of the repairs is new bathrooms in all state rooms. She will still have the old style lido bars, and old style eateries, but , if that stuff isn't important to you, then you will be just fine. Ship will be in top condition, I'm going on may 7th and have no worries about condition, really no worries at all..... you're on a cruise, all good.

Ask for catalin (bobby), not sure if he is still there, but i promise you that he is the most amazing team head waiter that you will ever meet.he is funny, a great server, and quite an entertain dancer. I have been on a few cruises and he is head and above any other waiter that we have had. Good luck.

Did he say anything about replacing the TV's with Flat Screen TV's in the staterooms?
No he didnt, but is that a deal breaker?

My update is as solid as a rock..... the person that posted 3.0 is insane(no offense) and the repositioning part is equally insane. Please don't worry yourselves with the nonsense

John Heald posted the "upgrades" on facebook..... new gym, new bathrooms in all state rooms, new carpet, alchemy bar, new sports bar, and towel animal theater (I had to google that one, but it's real). That's it, no guys, no blue iguana or red frog. Needless to say, I'm disappointed.

we have an annual guy cruise, we always bring our own poker chips and hold our own tournaments on lido deck and also in lido restaurant. never a problem, even carrying the chips on board in the metal briefcase. just a rule we always use is no cash on the table, collect all buy ins and put them in case.

QUESTION: We have two cabins, but only our minor children, in the second cabin. Do we still need to book FTTF for their cabin also?
ANSWER: Yes, all cabins regardless of occupants will require a FTTF ticket to be able to receive the benefits.

I don't have any pictures that are as good as the ones above....... just picture the room being exactly the same without the upper that is over the head of the bed....... everything else is exactly the same.
-
just back from sensation cabin e59. we had the two lower beds together, exactly like the picture. No upper over the head of the bed, one upper on the same side as the picture and the trundle bed under the upper. hope that helps.

Not saying whether you should or shouldn't , but if you decide to leave it out...... put a luggage tag on it.

We did Sensation this new years as well........ great double new years party, in the atrium and on lido.plus we had sea day on January 1st, that was a bonus. If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer.

Junkanoo beach is about 5 minute walk from the pier. Walk a little past the first stop to get more space...... the first stop gets a little more crowded........ look for the general at bahamas kayak he will give you a nice deal on beach loungers, kayaks, and snorkle.

It will be credited back to the card you used to pay for it.

Did you keep the funtimes? If yes can you scan and upload.... Some People Keep then and some dont, Hitting the SENSATION for New Years and I like to read up ahead of time. Also do you remember the comedians names? Thanks for any info you have.

You could choose to wait for them and board when their number gets called.

I will be on sensation for the semi-finals...... not sure I'd I can pass on cruise ship activities to watch a football game (and I love football), but i will check on where they are being shown and report back here.

I only book es...... sent in price for for a 40 dollar drop, it was denied..... double checked my priced, sent in for again, it was denied. So, I call and speak to customer service, the woman says you are correct, not sure why the computer denied you, I will fix it for you....... then she asks me a few questions and comes back with "good news" you will have 300 dollar on board credit, in addition to the 150 you already have. I said that's alot more than I thought I would get, she says yes, I found you an even better rate, I said thank you very much.

Don't need to attack your math or your free time, but the flaw in your approach (as someone else already pointed out in response to another poster who did something similar) is that your numbers don't take into consideration all of the people who are booked simply as guarantees and don't as yet have cabins assigned.
Moreover, your upcoming cruise is still more than a month away; plenty of time for others to book available cabins under pack & go and other special rates. I, myself, just got off Glory yesterday and will probably book another cruise on her for sometime next month, most likely Christmas week. In fact, I was on Glory the week of October 11-18, and booked last week's cruise (Nov. 15-22) after I debarked the first one. So just because you see numerous available cabins for a cruise more than a month away, that doesn't mean those cabins won't be occupied by the time you sail.
I understand all of the rates, and I understand that all those cabins may be sold by the time we sail, just throwing out there that they may not all be sold by then.
-
not something I usually think about since it is completely out of our control, but I looked at my upcoming cruise to see if there were any open cabins. with just a few minutes on carnival.com I found over 300 open cabins out of roughly 1020 cabins. please don't attack my math or my free time, I was just curious after reading all of the people who guarantee a sold out ship. cruise is in 35 days.

used it twice today.... for two different cruises...... feel free to insult my integrity, I can handle it. good for 10% off.

Just back yesterday. .. not big on writing reviews... but I will be happy to answer any questions for anyone.... the green thunder worked fine from Sunday to wednesday, then was dead.... problem with the door closing, but I got to ride about four times, and it was great... best part was that it's fresh water.
