I find it weird also that you could only register 2 devices. Like royal caribbeans way better as it is 2 devices at once. With msc internet it is a package of data. Why not just let only 2 devices on at one time?

Allowing people in certain Aurea suites the ability to purchase YC access for $100 per person.

 

For example:

 

On the Seaside & Seaview the whirlpool suite.

 

On the Bellissima the double deck & corner whirlpool suite.

 

These suites are nicer then a regular deluxe YC suite and people that want a really nice cabin should be given the option to access the YC. Honestly...you’d be adding maybe 20-30 people to the YC, it would generate additional revenue for MSC, and would make people happy to have the option to have YC access.

Problem is you booked through a 3rd party. Understand that that way may be cheaper but you have the risk that has happened to you. We always deal with the cruise company and any issues are resolved immediately.

We always travel in suites and never had a bad experience. Butlers are not personal to one suite and always do what the can to accommodate if possible but the are not personal servants . There are always room stewards in corridor who can get the ice,for you. Printing boarding passes, are you real, go to Internet cafe and do it yourself or one of your group.

I always treat people as I would like treated myself , did you do that?

In my head you have no right of complaint , if I was the butler would I have the right of complaint against the passenger..........

Really , 1 couple are suite and 3 couples not and you would expect to bring the 3 couples to an area that is exclusive and paid for by all the others . Whether that payment be financial or in a way that NCL sees as a reward.

We came of the dawn on the 23rd May after having spent a fantastic week in the owner suite with 2 balconies. This was absolutely fantastic and in no short measure to John the concierge. So he mistakenly provided bad Information about ferry times on a holiday day in Bermuda? And you also got this bad info from someone else ? So maybe you should take ownership and have walked the 100yards to the ferry terminal and asked yourself. To the person that states he wasn't in the Cagney area at breakfast when his said he would be, manbe he was dealing with a customer that had called him or god forbid might have had to answer the call of nature, you had his number if you needed to get in touch that badly you should have phoned him. Concierge does not stand for robot slave , john was fantastic
