A positive Seashore review! Do you work for MSC?
No. I am a volunteer puppy raiser, and my husband works in IT. This was an experiment for us to see if we could happily cruise in an interior cabin and check out MSC for the first time. We tend to gravitate toward cruises with Royal Caribbean. I do a lot of price shopping and create spreadsheets to compare pricing for similar itineraries across multiple cruise lines but usually end up on a Royal ship.

We got off the ship this morning and debarkation ran about 20-30 minutes ahead of schedule. It was easy, peasy with no standing in line at all. We were in group 51 and waited 10 minutes after we were called “early”. Our bag was lonely for us when we got to the terminal. Only one other bag was left at the 51 sign when we exited.
To contrast, the prior cruise that disembarked December 3rd took longer to disembark so we were delayed in boarding but on the ship by noon with an 11:30 check in time slot.
Overall, we were happy with embarkation and disembarkation.

Thanks a lot for all your great info!!! Hope disembarking goes smoothly for y’all tomorrow!!! 🤗🤞🏻🤗Safe travels home!!!!
As with everything, “your mileage may vary”. However, today was the easiest debarkation ever after 7 cruises with Royal Caribbean, 3 with Carnival, 1 with Celebrity and 1 with Premier Cruise Lines. -

Are there plenty of photo opportunities on the ship.
There are photo opportunities but they are not pushy about photos and there are no lines. -

The pricing got covered by the MSC logo blue bar. Could you type in what the price was for the browse and stream package on the ship, thank you again and for the info about the water at Ocean Cay🤗
I will try. -

Thank you for your review! We will be sailing on Seashore in February. We booked an OV guarantee last week and were just upgraded to a balcony this morning!! Can you tell me if there is a charge for any of the shows? We sailed Meraviglia last May and two of the shows were an extra charge. Looking forward to reading more!
There have been no charges for any of the shows. However, they ask for reservations through the app but no one checked for reservations when we attended the shows. -

Can you tell me if they are offering any upgrades on the Wi-Fi package to add the streaming in the app or in the nightly planners?
Please note that one device means only one device and no switching from one device to another. Here are some options to change the internet plan: -

Also was the water warm on Ocean Cay?
Well, I walked in and swam from the North Beach life guard tower to the South Beach life guard tower. My husband found it a little chilly and he only walked in to ankle deep. Then he walked the north beach, bridge and south beach to meet me on the other side. -

Thanks for a non yacht club perspective! Can you tell me what the usb charging situation is in the cabins? Any by the bedside or at the vanity?
For the “deluxe” interior cabin, there is one USB outlet on one side of the bed. I’ll add some photos later for all the available plugs.- 1

We missed the light show on the island so no pictures. 😢. We were at dinner for the first show and couldn’t get out on deck fast enough for the second one. Elevator service was challenging this evening. We had been using stairs most of the time but really needed an elevator tonight.

Annual Policy - One Cruise, Lots of Driving Vacations, One Flight
in Q&A with InsureMyTrip - January 2024 ~ READ ONLY
Posted
Does InsureMyTrip have annual policies that could cover multiple trips with an annual policy? Typically, we take one cruise each year and several other driving vacations across the US. Sometimes our "land" vacation might require flights.
Thanks!
