@luv2travel2beachesIn the app click on “book dining” at the top.  Select a dining room or SD restaurant.  Scroll down a bit and you should see “guests” with your pictures or icon.  Click on the pencil icon next to the pics.  Next page click on the man with a plus sign next to it in the upper right corner.  Then add your guests booking numbers

    Thank you!!!

  2. You used to be able to connect all of your traveling companions so just one person had to make dining reservations.  Can you not do that on the new app ahead of boarding the ship?

You can do this before boarding. You will need their booking numbers to do so. They don't need to give you permission on their apps - all they need to do is give you their booking numbers.

Note that this is completely different from the Locate Shipmates function onboard. For that function, you do not need booking numbers but they need to accept the request on their apps.

How do you do it on the app?  I have searched but can’t find it.  I do have all of the booking numbers.  Thank you NavyVeteran for your help.

  3. We toured with Joyce this past week and she was FANTASTIC. We had a family of 19 including 9 kids. She did a wonderful job keeping the kids interested, answering all of their questions as well as giving all kinds of information that the adults enjoyed. She made sure we did the things we were interested in. I would HIGHLY recommend Joyce. Watch out for that killer Rum Punch though! :)

Some people like to use their money for art, some choose just to donate it at the casino. The art lasts somewhat longer...

Oh my, that is very well said!!! I couldn't agree with you more. We don't spend our money on the alcohol or casino, but we really enjoy the picture we just bought and we will continue to enjoy it for a long time. Plus, we could have easily spent just as much for a picture in a store around here and it sure wouldn't have been a limited edition and signed by the artist.

  5. We have always enjoyed the Princess art auctions, at least when they are run by someone who doesn't act like a Manhattan three card monte dealer. but Behrens is our favorite living artist.

I agree that Behrens is a wonderful artist. The cruise was the first place that we had the opportunity to experience his art and in the future we would love to be able to purchase some of it to enjoy.

  6. On our cruise a few weeks ago we went to the art auctions for the first time. We enjoyed them a lot. They were very informative. We honestly went thinking we wouldn't be able to buy anything that we loved but we were so pleased when we were able to buy a Wyland Limited edition, signed lithograph. We love Wyland and have browsed in many of his galleries (dreaming). Today our picture came. It is beautiful, and way nicer than we had expected. We didn't buy for investment purposes, but because we loved the picture. We couldn't be happier and will hope to buy more on future cruises.

  7. I am checking into relief bands (electronic) for my first cruise. I have a tendancy to get very motion sick. Has anyone NOT had good results with these and if you didn't, did anything else work. I plan to pack everything available to me, but I want to know if I should spend the $$ to try the relief bands. Thanks for your helpful hints.
