I prefer a DSLR because I find it more versatile and it has a larger sensor than a point and shoot. You also have the option of adding different lenses to your collection. I have a small Fuji point and shoot that I use for snorkeling and for underwater pix in the pool. You can start with a simple zoom lens and if the spirit moves you add on some prime lenses.

Port has too many ships scheduled and our departure time was early. Don’t know if captain or harbor master made decision. It’s definitive since they’ve already credited purchased excursions back to customers’ accounts and are selling yours in Mazatlan

At Stone Island there will be beach,restaurants and activities.

Thank you for your help.  Apparently there are going to be too many ships docked there that day. I don’t know if the decision was made by the harbor master or the captain. We had no excursions planned and I’m always up for a new adventure. 

I’d rent a chair. Drinks are good! We just want to spend some time on a beautiful beach. Not too far from the port. Thank you.

We were supposed to arrive in puerta Vallarta on  nov 7. Our ship (Celebrity Infinity) is being redirected to Mazatlan. Are the beaches good? Can we take a cab to one from the pier? 

We are sailing on the Infinity October 25. Can I buy an alcohol or wine package if my travel mate does not?

We are sailing Norwegian Star on Nov. 1. There are three of us in a mini-suite. We are paying for two, except for port fees (for three) and, of course, gratuities. We also got the alcohol package for free for two and soda package for one. (Gratuities are also prepaid on the beverage packages).

I'm 67 and still working - and running a part-time photography business on the side. I travel, but for a week at a time or a long weekend.

Is that the cabin on the opposite side of the ship in the same location? We loved that area- so quiet.

Yes, opposite side. Second one in from the front. Glad to know you loved it.

We're excited about the views we'll get there, as well. And my guess is most of the folks we'll see in that area are crew.

Anyone have suggestions for economy parking near port of tampa? We'll be sailing Nov. 1 on the Star.

You can make a multitude of payments with different cards.

 

However, there can only be one MyNCL username associated with the booking. This means the other card holders would give their card info to the MyNCL account holder, who could log in and make the payments using the others' card info.

Funny, because two of us have NCL IDs since we've both sailed separately. And all the information for the booking shows up on both.

Ah. you are correct. I just tried to pay my portion to test the system and it wouldn't take it.

Two friends and I are sailing on the Norwegian Star Nov. 1 out of Tampa. My question is, can we each pay our portion of the total online with our own credit cards or does one person have to pay the entire bill?
