We did them but with an independent company not the cruise line so I really can't tell you what your experience will be like. Ours however was fantastic.

Went with Native Choice and Francisco in September and loved it.

We were told that the walk out beach at Nachi isn't clear enough to get a good snorkeling experience (we also didn't have our own gear). They did however offer as an add on a ride out 500 yards or so to the reef where they said the snorkeling is great (and provided equipment). We decided not to do it so I can't speak to the quality but the bottom line is there is snorkeling right there for some extra $.

I have found if you get the soda package the bar people really don't want to bother with you. They seem to want to serve the alcohol drinkers first.
Yikes! Well hopefully they'll take care of me and my alcohol package and I'll sneak my wife's soda in with the same order. :)
Options for non potty trained 3 year old
in Disney Cruise Line
Posted
We are in the same boat (pun intended). We're sailing in Nov and my daughter turns 3 this month. We're obviously hard at work on the potty training thing but can't bet on it. I'd like to hear from others who have personal experience but here's what I've done so far.
1) There are "open house" times for the Lab where parents and kids can come explore. This would be the chance to let the non-potty trained kids play in the kids area.
2) For the few hours we booked Palo reservations I went ahead and signed up for nursery time.
3) There are a few PJ party times when they let kids wear pull ups. We're hoping to also take advantage of these times.
