What is your source?
Baltimore port is open for business effective immediately for cruise departures.
Royal Caribbean Bermuda sailings begins July 10, 2021.
This is what I have heard.

Yes, outside Winsor Castle, there are pubs in the town of Windsor. No problem.

Hmmm ... Seems to me that If the payment and confirmation were issued, then it should be honored by the cruise line.

Well ... I purchased the Zenith Package too and received a purchase confirmation. This is our first Celebrity cruise -- so I didn't hesitate to take advantage of the Zenith Unlimited Internet Package deal. I'm going to march right up to the Guest Service Desk to complain if Celebrity refused to honor the purchase confirmation. I trust other will join in IF Celebrity reneges on their offer.

grand isle joe;41468928]I would bet that one of those "poor passengers" brought the Noro virus onto the ship and infected all the others. How is Royal Caribbean held totally responsible in the first place. If people just told the truth when questioned and WASHED THEIR HANDS it would be a better cruise all around. But like most things in today's life it's "all about ME" all the time.....I feel bad for the crew who had to clean up after those infected.
Well stated…!

Of course, the cruise line has the final "say" on their cruise schedule.
However, RCI's published schedule for sailings from Baltimore appears to begin with the July 10 cruise.
