The kids splash area was refurbished in May 2023; I was on the ship and talked to the people who boarded in Cozumel to dismantle it and saw pieces crated and being removed in Lauderdale. Can't opine on diapers, etc.

We were on Adventure May 13-20; definitely ate at Johnny Rockets on embarkation day around 2:00. The milkshakes are included in deluxe beverage package.

Liquor store in Pan American wide open November 11.

We noticed the card room on starboard at the theater. We had a wonderful made to order breakfast in Chops each day. The only time we went to Giovanni's was first sea day after getting food from WJ, at which time the doors were open to everyone because WJ was so packed. We did order room service to avoid WJ the next lunch on sea day. There was no special breakfast offered debarkation day, so we did MDR. No more bridge tour (boo). Had sail away on heliport with champagne and sushi. Sucel checked us onto our returning flight. CL staff wonderful. We didn't inquire as to upcoming dry dock plans. Check-in was fast embarkation day, but no special seating, and the rolling door opened around 11:40, but the waiting area cleared out very quickly. No special seating for suites, etc.

We dined at Barrachina November 10th. Not overly busy. We did resort for a day at Marriott Stellaris before flight home the 18th. It was raining and gym/spa was closed so we had the privilege of paying to sit in the lobby for 5 hours using their wifi. At least AC was blasting so we didn't fly home sweaty. We left hotel at 1:47 and were at our gate at 2:20 for a 5:00 flight with 2 ships in port. Should have stayed at Marriott another hour.

Was walking OSJ today starting and ending at Sheraton. Saw no damage and obviously running. Saw relief workers often, lots generators and no power trucks. Sparse tourism. Forts closed. Got pics of USS Comfort.

I’m at Best Western across from Stellaris and next to Starbucks. Power is on most buildings that I can see. Traffic lights non-existent so far. Will go to OSJ Friday.

Thanks, Darcy. I'm wondering if pre check lines have replaced first class. Our tiny home airport has TSA pre check. Longest regular line I've ever seen is 20 people.
-
A different SJU airport question. Not asking about TSA pre check line, but is there a first class/business class security line. TIA

Someone posted they'd reserved a room at Casa Cecilia; looks precious. We are confirmed at CasaBlanca for next week; they called me Sunday to confirm (besides it already has our $$$ for first night on my cc). I had reserved a King, but they are moving us to a double Queen. Don't care. At this point I'd take a cot.
Someone also posted villageinnpr.com; more in keeping with the cot theme.

We are Delta Sky Priority flight from SJU to ATL 5:00 Saturday November 18. Suggestions for our arrival time to terminal? TIA.

Happychippy was at Stellaris, not Courtyard by Marriott on Miramar for the Resort for a Day.

Not on topic; however, we are confirmed at CasaBlanca. I emailed today to ask should we bring flashlight and reply was, "Sure, good idea." Winter is coming -- or earlier darkness.

According to Voyager's deck plan, all Deck 12 forward cabins are OV, so surely when these cabins are added to Adventure in early 2018 -- someone can chime in with dry dock dates -- seems new Deck 12 cabins would be OV.

Checking on my luggage on Mariner, I saw 5 bags at our door; good news, but we brought only 4. We were in 6502, and the orphan was tagged 6205, so I pulled it down to 6205. So probably the number dyslexia is common.

We had 12720 on Oasis; very quiet back there and never heard a thing. That was before the secret balcony became a suite, so that fun is no longer there. It was a lot of walking, especially when we spent most of our time in Solarium. But as I tell everyone, all you do is walk on Oasis.

I logged in March 20 and saw the same $50.00 available for excursions for our November trip, a happy surprise.

We had 9580 for Alaska. It is only door visible from library, and cantilevered from adjacent cabins. Never a noise issue from centrum.

Don't know ages of your children, but my first cruise, my 2 children were teens. I typed up index cards with their names & email addresses (long before FB). Ended up being a big hit with the teens.
Ships with no Coastal Kitchen? (In a suite)

We have had 2 grand suites on Adventure, 2017 and May 2023. Breakfast is now in Giovanni's, and suite lounge is on 14 with outside deck overlooking basketball court. We do My Time, and waited quite long the first night; after that, seems we were whisked right to table in MDR. Only specialty dinner for us was Giovanni's. The officers come to the suite lounge occasionally. One night I heard someone talking to me, turned and saw the blue jacket and gold stripes. Captain Jaret himself; what a character.
