That is the email address I used and emailed them 15.12.18 with address etc - rang and told to email a named person who would acknowledge email - nothing. Thanks for info.

we were going from Birmingham and given a leaflet re the CAA if we had problems! Just told to go to TUI website and put claim in. No acknowledgement of emails - not very good. Coming up to a month since we got back and no further forward. Too late now flight reclaim on the case.

i have not got very far with TUI - emailed and no acknowledgment- rang and told to email again to a specific person and now can’t get through to them. Tried this resolver thing on money expert and nothing. Sure this is all done to put people off, I have now put it with flight reclaim - no win no fee - 25% but at least they can have the stress - it’s the principle,

Adammara, so pleased to hear your comments! Booked to go on Arcadia next year and have been concerned re some of the reviews. Been on Ventura and azura and had good cruises on both. We liked Oceana mainly for the deck space and are hoping Arcadia will also have more deck space. Hope the refit on Arcadia has been done well.
