We would get to NY at 8:55am and is a 2hr20min layover. Flights to Fll are actually more expensive which is unusual. Over a grand for nonstop.. this flight is under $800. We are concerned about the weather issues on the east coast that time of year. That's why we have always done nonstop. But now the prices are pushing close to the same cost of the cruise.

Hello fellow cruisers. We will be sailing on the Magic in January out of Miami. Looking to book flights from Detroit and man are they expensive. The cheapest flight has a stop in laguardia Airport. We have never flown with any stops(Always been nonstop).we were wondering what it is like changing planes at laGuardia. There is a $200 price difference in this flight. Nervous about trying this. We are flying in the day before cruise. Looking for thoughts and or advice. Thanks in advance.

We were on the Celebration 2 weeks ago. We were in 14383 and had 2 loungers, 2 chairs and a table.

We are heading to Myrtle Beach, SC in April. Then the Smokey Mountains for a family vacation. Then hopefully Carnival Magic in February 2022.

We bought an adapter for our last cruise and it came in handy. Do you know if the bottled water was spring water?

Thank you for the replies. We are booked with the Aurea experience. Bottled water is included so we will be like squirrels and store them as we get them. As for cpap, we have a long extension cord we always bring. We will try the special needs form and see what happens. On other lines if calling ahead our room steward was always able to accommodate us. We will also be requesting Gluten free menus.

Hello everyone,
We just booked the Seaside yesterday for January 23, 2021. We have sailed Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess and Celebrity. This will be our 11th cruise and are excited about trying out another cruiseline. We have a couple of questions.( I 'm sure we will have more down the road)
We always prepurchase several cases of water to keep in our cabin. ( my wife needs to drink lots of water because of kidney stone issues) I did not see anywhere on the website a place to order some. Does MSC have this option? We also use cpap machines and have repurchased distilled water as well. This we usually call customer service for. I'm assuming we will need to do this on MSC as well. We thank you and appreciate any information we can get.

We first thought that the upgrade was in the spa area. After looking at the deck plans, we have decided on staying put..thanks for the replies.

Just went into my planner for our trip on the Magic in February. We are in cabin 6460 and have an upgrade offer. (This is the first time we have received an offer like this). It is to upgrade to cabin 11273 for a total of $40. We have the comedy lounge below us now and we would possibly be below the waterworks. 6460 is a L shape cabin with a little bigger balcony. We have stayed in the L shaped cabins and have liked them.Trying to figure out if we would be happy with the upgrade. Thanks in advance for Any thoughts or opinions.

We were on the Glory for the 2016 superbowl. They had a huge superbowl tailgate party on lido deck before game. They did some fun games for prizes and for grand prize they gave prime seats with food and drinks ( you did not need the drink package). Also got your own butler for the night. We didn't win the grand prize but did get upgraded seats as the lido deck was packed. It was the best superbowl party we ever attended.

We have stayed in these cabins on Conquest class ships before. We have one booked on the Magic in February. We love the larger balcony and the bed facing the windows and balcony. Having the bathroom by the bed was odd but we managed just fine.

We just got off the Victory yesterday. We were given the 12:30-1:00 timeslot for FTTF. We showed up at the terminal at 10:30 and were on the ship at 11. Room was ready. Big doors were closed but go through, your your room should be ready.

We stay at Holiday Inn Port of Miami. Great location across from Bayside Marketplace. We use SAS Transportation from FLL Airport. Take taxi next morning to Port. We will be doing this again in October. Can't wait.

We will be on the Equinox in two weeks. ( Can't wait, we will be having HIGH temps in the -numbers.this week) does anyone know if they have a white night party or not? Thank you for any info. Al

Thank you for the information. We will just take a couple cases of Sprint water ourselves. Slap luggage tags on them and give them to the porters. If they won't take them, we will carry them on.
-
Is the bottled water on the Equinox spring water or purified? My wife can't drink purified. Wondering if we need to carry on our own spring water. Thank you for any information.
-
So, what if you or a family member was in that potentially lethal hold? How would you want them to help you? Just asking
-
sorry, $15 per person
-
we have used SAS transport before. 415 per person.

We just got off the Glory today. We bought a gallon of distilled water at CVS and carried it on board with no issues. They just checked if it was sealed.

Thanks for the replies. They give you MORE excursion options to pick from, but they are all going at the same times. When we went on Princess last year, their plus was from 10am-10pm. Looks like we will have to suck it up (Lol) and spend an awesome day at Mr. Sanchos ;)

Hey everyone, we are really looking forward to our upcoming cruise on Jan 27th. This is a Cozumel Plus cruise. Supposedly in port extra time. When we booked last year the time in port was 8am-5pm. We keep getting emails that our ship is staying longer. However, our itinerary still says 5pm. Anyone else experiencing this? I've also posted thin in our roll call. Thank you for any info.
Happy cruising

We have used sas in the past and have had good luck with them. In January of 2018 we are staying a couple extra days in Fll. Staying at Best Western Oceanside Inn. Not on their list of hotels they service. Sent them a couple reservations with inquiries about said hotels, haven't received any response. Would like to know if they would go there even for a larger fee. Wondered if anyone had tried to use them for this.

we stayed at the Best Western Plus Oceanside Inn, Quick walk to Beach, 10-15 minute walk to dinning and entertainment. We love walking to Bubba Gumps for dinner.

Thanks for all the replies. We have always (except for 2 times out of 13 trips) flown to Ft Lauderdale due to better prices and cheaper hotels. We also love staying on the beach there. We have always booked this early as the prices have been lower. Not this year so far. We are going to wait it out to see what happens when other airlines open up. Happy cruising to all..
