My wife & I have done 10 cruises two times. 128 cruises all total.

On Celebrity you will have bubbly when you board & you will have linen cloths in the rest rooms. The food is much better on Celebrity. there is no announcement of Bingo  etc. Celebrity is more upscale.

The inside cabins are the same size as ocv,&balcony. All are 170 square feet.

On the Summit the inside,icv&balcony are all 170 square feet. On 5-26-19 10 night cruise to bermuda,Boston & Bar Harbor we had a balcony but on our 14 night cruise to NE & Canada on 10-6-19 we will have a inside cabin. The Summit after refit is like a new ship.

My wife & I have been on 125 cruises & the worst cruise of all was Costa. I would not go back on Costa if it was free.On a 7 night cruise we never got a seat even though we went up 39 minutes before show. People reserved empty seats with a book or a hand bag. The food was the worst of all our cruises.Our cabin was the most forward & we could hardly sleep because the ocean was hitting the side of our cabin.

My wife & I got off a 10 night cruise on the Summit. we spent 3 days in Bermuda & then went to Boston & Bar Harbor. this was our 6th cruise on the Summit & since the refit the ship is like new. We liked it so much that 3 days after getting home we booked the 14 night NE&Canada cruise.WE have been on the Enchantment 2 times & the Summit is much better.

Our cruise on the Summit to Bermuda & NE will be our 125th cruise. My wife & I have done 9 european river cruises & 1 Mississippi river cruise. We have done land tours to China & Margarita island & 19 beach tours in Dominican Republic & Mexico

I think HAL & Celebrity are more alike. Both have linen clothes in the rest rooms. Both do not have messages on the loud speaker except for  a report from the Captain at noon. Both have excellent food. My wife & I are elite with princess but prefer HAL & Celebrity.

My wife & I have been on 122 cruises & the worst cruise was costa.on a 7 night cruise we never got a seat at the shows. we would go a half hour before show time & people were saving seats all over the place. the food was terrible ,the worst of any cruise. It took us 3 hours to board We got onboard at 4;15 pm& the boat drill was 4;30. we never got lunch that day.

My wife & I were also on the 12-1-18 cruise & had my time dining & one meal we were finished in 45 minutes && several other times less than 1 hour,.

I have been on129 cruises & have used a noodle on half of the including 29 on celebrity.

The mimosas & Bloody Marys are complimentary. I ask for vodka & ice & then add my own fresh squeezed orange juice..:)

My wife & I have been on 113 cruises & the best steak meal I ever had was on the Summit MDR. It was far better than one I had in specialty dining room on the Solstice.:)

On 5-7-17 my wife & I will beam the Summit to Bermuda. It will be our 114th cruise. we have done 10 cruises in one year twice. Nine of our cruises were european river cruise & we did one Mississippi river cruise.

My wife & I were on the GOS in November & December & the food was not too bad. The worst food was on the Liberty of the seas. In January we were on the Anthem & the food & service was great.

Rccl does not have a diabetic meal; but at lunch and supper you can get sugar free deserts in the dining room & at the buffet.

My wife & I just booked a balcony guarantee For 12-16-16 cruise on Anthem & got a great cabin on deck 10 which is 3 times closer to the elevator than our 3-2016 which way back on deck 10 & had to do a lot of walking.

My wife & I were on the Oasis in FEB. 2015 & we are DIAMOND PLUS & were told to just join the others. well it took over an hour & 1/2 to get off. we have been on 110 cruises & this was the worst embarkation. In March 2016 we were on the Anthem & it took 3 minutes.

My wife & I have been on 25 RCCL cruises & 110 all lines & the Liberty was the worst of all their ships, the 1st time on Liberty was not too bad; but the next was awful.

My wife & I were on the Anthem for a 12 night western carrib.cruise 3-7-16. The shows were great; but the music was way too LOUD. like the Oasis we had a balcony at the back of the ship & had a long walk to the elevator.The food was better on the Anthem than the Oasis or the Liberty which was really bad.

My wife & i were invited to the captains table 10 times on Celebrity;but never on all the other cruise lines. The first time meant the most to us. We have been invited to the control room 4 times when our host was the chief engineer. We never book a suite.

My wife & I were at amber cove in November 2015 while on the Qm-2. It is brand new & the prices were so high very few people bought anything. uite a few empty stores.

My wife & I have only been invited to the Captains table 10 times ;all with Celebrity. It was the Captains Club Hostess who invited us.

Just last week I got an E-mail saying I won. This is the second time I am a WINNER. I won a Cruise Critic luggage Tag
