Worked great for us on an iPad. We used their app to connect. You call them at the appointed time through the app. It walks you through the picture upload after the 15 minute wait. Got our test results quickly and they were available to print in the app. 

Regarding the parking, we are leaving on Sat from Norfolk and we are wondering how they handle the checked bags. Are we able to check them with a porter through to the ship from the parking lot, or do we take them on the shuttle bus with us to the terminal? Also wondering where the bags are claimed for debarkation. Thanks!
