Was on the Joy last week, and Vueve Clicquot WAS INCLUDED with the Premium Plus upgrade, both by the glass and by the bottle at dinner in the main dining rooms (Taste, Savor and Manhattan) as well as the specialty restaurants. Not all bars had it stocked, but most did, especially after the first night. I drank a LOT of it, too!
Holy shamoley, just googled this (tbh, not much of a champers fan, never heard of this stuff) and YIKES, that's $$ to buy on shore! Might just have to try it with dinner one night on the Getaway 🙂

I LOVE this post. Read it. Shared it with my cruise buddy, we're going to be sailing NCL for the 1st time, and booked a Haven suite.
And then ...couldn't find it again. I'm not kidding, it's taken me forever
Thank you for this post!!

Great post! Thank you!

Does the medical department have OTC medications available? On RCL LOS there were vending machines with little packets ibuprofen, allergy medication, acetominophen and the like at a reasonable price, with a bin of anti nausea medication, complimentary.
Does Norwegian have anything like that?
Thank you!

For embarkation lunch I would recommend Cucina - they have a good selection for lunch and plenty of seating. Pig & Anchor is located outside on deck, where you'll have to wander around & look for seating.

Wow! I've only been in one of those rooms on a cabin crawl!

One good thing about having a spa cabin is that you DO get a discount when you book spa procedures.
The thalassotherapy pool is wonderful, and there are different steam rooms. The heated tile loungers were very warm, don't forget to grab a towel! There is also a lovely cool down room.
I used the therapy pool every single day. Walk up to the desk, hand them your key and head on in. And then wander back to your stateroom.

We were on the Breeze with a spa cabin, and used the spa facilities every single day of our cruise. If I hadn't had the spa cabin I would have bought the day passes. They DO say that the day passes are based on capacity

I'm glad I'm not the only one wondering what happened! Thanks for all the great replies!

Not on the Breeze, but we did stay in 9201 on the Dream. I think the layout is the same, just color scheme might be different. We had 10206 on the Breeze. Love the 4J's.
Here is a link to some photos.

I guess there's something wrong with me....I tune out the CD. Couldn't tell you the name or recognize the CD unless pointed out to me. I know there are folks who say that the CD makes their cruise terrific. Maybe it's cause I only have 3 cruises under my belt! :-)

Can anyone tell me if have had 7422 or 7425 on the Triumph lately? These are the 2 wrap around Aft balconies on the Empress deck.
I know there are pics and videos out there but most seem to be from 4-5 years ago and none since the dry dock last year.
Has the TV been upgraded to a flat screen?
Are there 2 loungers on the balcony?
Is there still a couch in these?
Leaving in 12 days and cant wait to check out this big ole balcony ;)
So....is the TV upgraded? Were there 2 loungers? Is there still a couch???
I want to know, cause we're booked in that cabin for September!

We're going next week... should we book right away or just wait til we get to the port?
And no money up front, pay at the gate when you get there....but your "spot" is reserved. Had our names and what plan we'd picked on the whiteboard when we got there. I had snorkel, open bar & lunch, hubby had open bar & lunch. Got 2 loungers right up front on the water, under the sombrilla, with Alex (great waiter) right there to take our order. Fantastic day:)

You can go right to their website
and book thru there (look at the option on the left for their full price list)
if you "like" them on Facebook, you can get a discount, too.
DH and I were there on Thanksgiving. Caught a cab from the Puerta Maya taxi stand (where the cabbie tried to talk us into Mr Sanchos), and met Carmen at the entrance. Rented a locker for our stuff, for $9.00, and you get $5.00 back when you return the key. They had towels for rent, too, but we brought ours from the ship. There are clean restrooms, and a place to shower off before you head back to your ship.
I did the guided snorkel tour, with open bar & lunch. DH did the beach break with open bar & lunch. I DID buy the biodegradable sunscreen at the entrance, and was pleased to discover they do NOT rip you off - it was cheaper at Playa Uvas than it was at one of the Farmacias in town.
The snorkeling was nice. There IS sand on the beach, with a classic iron beach entrance. My guide was Jonathan, and he was great!! He spotted out lobster, eel, and even managed to find a ray under the sand. Good guide!!:)
The food? Yum, we had the grilled fish fillet, with rice, tortillas and grilled veggies. It was really good! And I fell in love with the fresh "limonada". Alex was our waiter, very nice, very attentive. Cesar apologized for not being with us our entire visit, but Alex was at our loungers everytime our drinks got low. Fantastic day, fantastic place. Wish we were still there!
Getaway LIVE... December 8-13.

Ah. And the KFC with a view of the Sphynx and the Pyramids at Giza. Yeah, that was odd
