my daughter, her husband and 2 grandsons are doing a 4 day Disney dream in November. They are leaving from Port Canaveral, going to Nassau and Castaway Cay. According to their travel agent, they do not need passports since they are leaving and arriving back at the same port and they are only going to these two ports. Can anyone please confirm that this is the correct info.

I am sailing next week on the Royal princess TA. I have received two emails over the past two weeks that also say the same thing. I looked over everything and it is completed. I even called princess and they looked it over and said that everything is completed. They said "don't worry about it you are all set to sail.
-
I did call princess reservations, and they told me that they could not help me with this. I am going to wait the 7-10 days and hopefully, it will be resolved, if not I will be back on the phone trying to get my mistake fixed.

I did press 0 to bypass, and each person that I talked to said that I needed to talk to someone for Princess Rewards - I was talking to Barclay. They gave me a phone number for Princess Rewards - when I dialed that number, it gave me a new number (which is the number I had been calling that is listed on the back of my card.
-
I completed the necessary forms on line to obtain $250.00 onboard credit from my Princess charge card. I did not realize until after I submitted that I put in the itinerary number instead of my cruise confirmation number. I called the number on the back of the card and spoke to someone who found my charge, but her was not able to correct the error. He said he would do a ticket number to get it fixed and it would take about 7-10 days, he also suggested that I call and talk to someone at Princess Rewards to see if they can fix the problem faster, but the phone number for Princess Rewards is the same number on the back of the card, and all you get it automation, never a person to talk too. Does anyone have any other suggestions.
Our cruise is not until April, so I have time to get this problem taken care of.

Kelly's landing - walking distance - has the best seafood, can get really busy especially on lobster special nights.

You could also do an tour of the everglades. Some cruise lines offer it as an excursion after your cruise.

We had this cabin in January on the Emerald. I loved the size of the balcony compared to some others that we have had. ALso liked that it was completly covered. It was really warm out on the balcony and not much of a breeze in the back. Not sure if that will be an issues on a TA cruise, but sometimes it was not enjoyable sitting out there because of the heat and humidity and no breeze. I would book this again if it was available, but probably not for a Caribbean cruise.

Have never lost my coffee cards on the ship, but have misplaced two cards at home somewhere. I thought that I had put them in with my passports when we got home thinking when we do our next trip, they will be easy to find, but got on the ship and could not find them, so I purchased another one. I know have three cards each with some punches left on them. I know they are at home someplace, just not sure where they could be. Hopefully will find them before the next cruise.

thanks for the updates. We will be on the Emerald 1/4/16. 17 days to go!!

We will be celebrating my DH birthday on 1/6/16 on the Emerald. I want to surprise him with either the ultimate balcony dinner or the chefs table. Which do you prefer and why?

We have asked for a side order of bacon or sausage and have always received it.

Had them on the Coral when we went to Panama. They were delicious. ALso had them on the Caribbean and they were great. Was so looking forward to them on the Regal when we did our trans-atlantic cruise in April, had one and no - more. They were not good. Not crispy on the outside and hardly any sugar. I was so disappointed. Hopefully they will be better on the Emerald.

On the Regal 4/14 and filled out form for 2 FCC's. Spoke with rep on the ship and she said we would receive an email confirmation of the purchase. WHen we got home on 5/3, no email confirmation. Waited a few more days and called Princess, they said it could take up to 2 weeks to see a confirmation. Will it is now 6 weeks and still no confirmation. I called again and they show no record of my form and have offered me the welcome home with less OBC. I don't think it is fair that I should have to get less OBC because someone did not do their job. Have used the one FCC that we had left for our next cruise in January. WIll not be doing another one before then, so guess I will wait until January to purchase more.

Loved reading your reveiw Norm. We were on the Regal and had to get off in Copenhagen on 5/2 since I had to go back to work. It was great reading about all the places that we had been too and I look forward to reading about all the new ports that you will be going to. This was a wonderful trip and one to cross off of my bucket list. My DH and I do plan on making a land trip going back to Paris for sure and maybe Ireland. In the planning stages right now. ENjoy the rest of your trip.

I use a 7 day pill box. I can keep necklaces and earrings that match together in the same day box an then extra earrings or rings in other same day boxes. Larger jewelry that does not fit in the pill box, I put in a jewelry pouch.

Just curious as to how many people tip beyond the 15% - 18% that is already added onto your bar bill?

Hope they have the choir on the trans-atlantic crossing in April, will most certainly join.

Make sure if going to Denali that you do the long trip into the Park - I think it is about 6-8 hours by park bus. We saw so much wildlife when we did this back in 2009. We are planning on going to Alaska again next year, we loved it so much.

that happened to us too. When we booked our upcoming cuise in April we were Ruby, but we did another cruise recently whick moved us up to platinum. I contacted princess and they fixed it so everything shows us at platinum.

We are sailing on the Regal Princess and will be in Rotterdam on 4/28/2015. Can anyone give us information on a good tour group for Rotterdam. Most of the excursion offered through Princess go to Amsterdam. We may want to stay in the local area instead. We dock at 12pm and the ship leaves at 11:59pm, so we have at least 8 hours in port.
