  1. My mom is a recent left below the knee amputee and will not have her prosthetic by our August cruise. Any suggestions for what to do in Cozumel as she will be in a wheelchair? Carnival only has 2 WC accessible excursions. Thanks!

  2. My mom, who is a recent below the knee amputee on her left leg, is going on a cruise with us in August to Yucatan and Cozumel. I have looked through the excursions and see some have medical restrictions but none say they have wheelchair accessibility or no wheelchairs, etc. I know the only things she will be able to do are probably sight seeing tours but how do I find out if they allow/accommodate wheelchairs? She may have her temporary prosthetic by then but will probably still use her wheelchair a lot.

  3. After 5 cruises on Carnival, we will be taking our first cruise on Royal in April 2017. If a cruise on Carnival drops in price for your exact category, etc you can apply for the difference..does Royal do this? Also..does Royal have room categories? Our stateroom is 8678 on Independence of the Seas.

  4. I have to call carnival tonight but until then here is my situation...

We recently booked early saver for 3 rooms for January 2016. 1.) Aft extended balcony for 3, 2.) premium vista balcony for 2 and 3.) premium balcony for 3 in a quad room..My daughter, her bf and my granddaughter are booked in the premium quad balcony. I am quite sure my daughter will end up not going, therefore, that will screw my granddaughter (excuse my language). I know to make any changes to our rooms we have to pay but I need to know if we have any options. We would like to change the premium vista balcony to a 3 person room to include my g-daughter but unsure if we can do that since she is already booked in another room?

  5. I don't believe there is any such thing for Carnival excursions. You may find something for non-Carnival excursions though.

I used one for my last cruise that someone had posted but I don't think carnival does it often. Was just curious for this crusie :)

  6. Thanks for all the info, I will probably do as you recommended and check Priceline in a couple of months...we will probably leave Friday night and get to Boston Saturday morning, that way we will have all day Saturday to sightsee. That is what we did in February when we sailed out of Charleston. Again, thanks
