Would you mind telling us what you bid was for the inside to balcony upwell? We are sailing on June 9 on the Dawn to Bermuda. Have an outside and would love to nab a balcony.

It's nothing personal but I think I'm going to keep that to my self for now. The way I look at it is if it's common knowledge what bids are being excepted then everyone will be bidding that price which would lead to NCL only excepting higher bids. It would be a viscous cycle of increasing prices. I will tell you it was above the minimum tho.

So out of curiosity, has anybody received an accepted upsell offer more than 3 days before sailing? I'm waiting on pins and needles to see if our upsell is accepted for our May 21st sailing, lol.

I got mine (inside to balcony) 3 weeks before.

If you wish to avoid swill and enjoy craft beers, then all you need to do is cruise on the Escape and enjoy 24 different beers on tap and many craft beers in cans and bottles. And the majority of them are all covered by the UBP.

Thanks for sharing. Too many people on here complaining about the beer selection. Personally this looks pretty good to me but then again I'm happy as long as I can have Coors light or a Jack and Coke...

Hard choice...the Spirit is the perfect size ship but GA has the water front (specifically Sugarcane) which is all I need to be happy.

On my last cruise on the Getaway between the 5 of us we had in the neighborhood of 130 raspberry mojitos alone... our group really lokes to take advantage of that beverage package lol

It's maybe a 5 minute cab ride depending on traffic. So what's that $10-12 with tip?

Thank for all the help everyone! Not sure why I was having such a hard time wrapping my head around it. I called Ncl and it was a simple change.

Three friends and I are booked on the Breakaway in October. As of now we are all in one minisuit (yeah Its a little tight but we have done 5 in an inside so I think we can handle it). We have another friend who would like to join us the problem is she cant afford a solo cabin fair and cant seem to find anyone else to join her. My idea is I will move to a studio (something I have been interested in anyways) and she can have my spot in the other cabin. Is this something that's possible?

I actually got engaged on the Spirit (both of our favorite ship) in 2009. It was while we were docked in Bermuda. Just after sunset we took a walk out on the bow area and popped the question right there. It was simple but neither of us are the overly fancy types so it was perfect for us.
