We always stay at the La Quinta Miami Airport East. You can park your car for free during your cruise and they provide free shuttle transportation TO the pier. You can buy a pass for your return trip to the hotel for 15/per person. We've stayed there 5 times. Not a new hotel...but far worth the price.

I just called the hotel and they said it was $10 a person for ride to the port???

when you say free and then @$20, what do you mean? I called and they charge $10 per person? Was shuttle to port free and taxi back was $20?

We will be staying in PR for 2 days after we disembark the cruise. What car rental agencies are right there, where I can pick up a car and then do a drop off at the airport 2 days later? Trying to avoid drop off fees also.

If you purchase the day pass with buffet, can you frequent the buffet throughout your time there or is it a one shot deal? Going with a couple young boys who might like to snack throughout especially the ice cream.

Also, I'm considering booking through cozumel mexico tours. Any negative thoughts on this?
