we are just lowest level captain's club and were concierge but received the invite. went up briefly but to tell the truth it was no better there than any other deck. no one checked anything, you walked thru the theater on deck 5 and followed the directions to the helipad.

we took mini vans two days to beaches and they tailgated those moped drivers scaring us all to death on those hills!

I have read a lot about subpar food in the MDR but our party of 10, ranging from 15-73 ate there every night-the 6 adults had planned on the couple of specialty restaurants but were so enjoying the multi-generational conversations that we did not. we all enjoyed our food, from appetizers through dessert and we are a family who spends lots of time dining out all over ny and nj so don't be afraid. hopefully you will enjoy too! btw, we still enjoy having a set dinner time and getting to enjoy the wait staff and sommelier.

we were on the 5/22-29, no dice. several of us tried at several different bars. we were told it was a mother's day special on that cruise

yes and chips as well. I didn't do it until Saturday evening and was still able to

just back, beef wellington was the second evening chic night, friday

we are sailing on celebrity summit to Bermuda on may 22nd and currently have the classic beverage package. I understand that with that package if we order a glass of wine, for example, higher than the $9 limit that you pay in full as opposed to the premium package where you would just pay the difference. I am wondering if this is correct and also if there are other liqueurs offered than those listed for both packages. after dinner I like a Sambuca or liqueur 43. does anyone know if they are offered and am I correct about the extra charges between packages. I don't want to have to consult a list or pay too much for a drink I may order but won't upgrade to premium if I don't have to. thanks in advance!

:cool::cool:we're arriving in san juan for just a few hours on thanksgiving day and really just want to enjoy a beach not too far from the port. we stayed there last november so have already toured and shopped. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
