I’ve won huge and lost huge, NCL still comps haven. We are tired of food on NCL, Carnival, and RCL. Kind of looking forward to the great cuisine on Crystal. Just wonder how many blackjack tables, limits, and whether they have 6 deck-hand shuffle. Won’t play shuffle master.

Usually if you have a bad loss(example on NCL) They offer a Haven for the next cruise.

This is my first time going on Crystal. It is a higher end line. I am elite on NCL and are comped haven. I usually play $100 6 deck in the private room. I wonder if crystal offers hand shuffle 6 deck?

Yes, I would also like to know if they offer 6 deck $100 blackjack or 8 deck $50 games. There is no way I would play on a shuffle master table for those denominations.

I’ve been offered a comped cruise on the Crystal Serenity for 12/7-12/20. Has anyone used this type of comp? I was rated for my land play and NCL play. :cool:

Forgot to add that unlimited internet is included. All the tier level benefits are good for cruises up to 12 days long. :)

Oh yeah, they also do not charge the 3% service charge if charging up to 3,000 a day to room.

I have been elite for 2 years and the perks have been 1,000 obc, 300 PP shore excursion credit, all charges for daily housekeeping/dining fees paid, limo pickup/return up to 25 miles each way, any beverage- ultra premium served in casino. We have always been comped haven from haven spa suite to owner’s suite, we use shore excursion credit for helicopter or plane trip or a cabana on GSC/Harvest Cay. The casino host also will remove other charges at end of cruise depending on play. They ask what kind of treats/wine we like and send usually 3/4 times a week. So if we travel comped haven our fees are only what we choose to give our butler, concierge, and housekeeper.
