Happy holidays! Hoping I can get some help with when is best to go for deals and which cruise line you would recommend. We would like to take my mom to Vietnam, Cambodia from Singapore port of call.

The walk up to Paradise Point is up a very steep and winding road and not recommended for most normal people. The aerial tramway is right across the street from the Havensight port area and is a 10 - 15 min walk from your ship.

Are there stairs that we have climb? If so, is it doable for someone with walking difficulties?

We want to use UBER for the drive from Port of Miami to Fort Lauderdale airport but we have two young kids ages 3.5 and 5.5yrs old. Does UBER provide car seats and how can we request that?

We took this excursion many years ago. You take an open air type bus to downtown. You are dropped off to wander the downtown streets and shops and then picked up and taken to Megans Bay for a short time. Megans Bay is really nice, but can get crowdwd. This was our first or maybe the second tme to St. Thomas and enjoyed it. Now we go over to the St. John beaches.

Is there an option to take a bus to the beach first and then shopping downtown afterwards when we ported? The excursions seems steep to book with the cruise, wondering if we can just do it when we are there. We have two young kids and an elderly.

We are heading to the Eastern Carribbean on Jan 28th onboard the ESCAPE. Hoping to get some feedback on recommended excursions we can take an elderly mom who can't walk too much and a three and five yr old. Hoping to go to a nice beach with lots of fishes to see near shore, not too crowded, easy walking, beautiful views of the ported city and maybe some close to port shopping/browsing. Leisure activities are what we are aiming for. It's my mom's first cruise ever in her life so want to make it fun for her.

Thank you all for your feedback. Our trip is coming up this Jan 28th to Eastern Carib and we still have no clue what kind of excursion we can do with an elderly and two young kids!

Diapers/pull-ups are acceptable but the counsellors are not allowed to change the child so you will be given a pager at drop off and will be paged as required. It works. We never had any issues. Our daughter has always loved splash academy...hope you have a great cruise.

Do the kids have to be fully toilet train to attend splash academy? My son who is 3.5yrs old is not completely toilet train yet. If no, can he join the lower age group?

Is a trip to the bath in Tortola ok for a family with an elderly who can't walk to much and two young kids ages 3 and 5? How much walking is involved and is stroller ok to bring? Thanks for any feedback

I booked through TA and our ship is sailing on Jan 28th. Have not receive any email to upgrade so far. I want to call the upsell dept but what do I tell them? I called customer service and the lady told me that she cannot give me the upsell dept number unless I had receive email from them offering me upgrades and since I booked with a TA that I need to contact my TA for any upgrades. Is that true? I have never done anything like this would appreciate any input. We have 5 in our group and currently booked OV, would love to upgrade to haven if possible

Wouldn't Uber be expensive to take from Port of Miami to FLL? It's like 1hr or more travel time. We have young kids, so would need carseats for both kids. Is that an option with UBER?

Does anyone have any recommendations for transportation from Port of Miami to FLL airport? We are family of three adults and two kids under the age of 6. We are disembarking from ESCAPE on Feb 4th and our flight is not until 3:55pm.

Does anyone know if NCL Escape has facial recognition feature for their photography? We have been on Royal where they had it and it helps to group everyone that took pictures together even if they are not in the same cabin onto one account.

Trying to figure out best cabin on deck 5 near the forward elevator. Can anyone tell me where the entrance is to the Guppies and Splash Academy? Looking at the deck plan, it looks like it can be either in the middle isle or side isle on the right hand side. We are thinking of picking cabin on the 57--side near the elevator but are worry that it might also be walkway for people going to guppies and splash academy.

Thanks for the response. The itinerary says the ship doesn't arrive to port until 8am though and isn't there some preparation before we can actually starting to disembark?

Trying to make sure we can catch our flight. The iti says arrival at Port of Miami at 8am. How soon can we leave ship? I heard there's priorities depending on your status and cabin booked. We are just booked in an oceanview. Trying to figure out if we can catch a flight at 12pm if we are taking share shuttle/airport car rental complimentary shuttle.

I"m trying to decide most economical way to travel from hotel to cruise and cruise to airport with a 3 and 5yr olds. Our cruise is from Miami port. Prefer option is flying to fort lauderdale, stay one night and heading to miami cruise port the next day. Is it possible to use UBER or LYFT with two young kids? Will we have to bring carseats for them? Any suggestions on the most economical ways would be much appreciated.

We are a group of 15 people six of whom are kids under 6 years old. I understand that young kids will need carseat travelling in vehicles so we are wondering what is the best option to travel from Port Everglades to Fort Lauderdale Airport. The group can take separate vehicles if need be and originally we were looking at taxis but as I understand it, taxis don't provide carseats. Private shuttle is another option however we don't know of any reliable one.

If anyone have any recommendations or any way for transportation, would be greatly appreciate it.
