Seems like your glitchy Cheers hasn't been canceled. That's what several of us got when we were still glitchy.
I love this name....Glitchy Cheers. 🤣 Just wish I had time to make a T-shirt for my 9/3 sailing.

I have 4 bookings listed under my profile. One is for my girlfriend cause I do everything for her when we cruise.
1 other booking is listed under my profile, but I did not get cheers for that one during the glitch. However if I add cheers to all of those bookings and use the promo code, it works for all of them.
My girlfriend did not get an email, Nor does the code work for her when she's logged in.
So you can use it for any booking listed under the profile used when you purchased during the glitch. But you can only use it once.
Hope that helps.
You are correct. I booked this upcoming cruise under DH profile as he had the better deal. I purchased the Glitchy Cheers logged in to Carnival under my profile. I tried the code logged in to my profile and it wouldn't work. I logged out and logged in to Carnival under DH profile and boom, it worked. The price went from $990.38 to $891.36. Savings of $99.02!

Carnival cancelled my glitchy cheers.
I received the email for 10% off.
The result? "Promo Code not Valid" 😂😂
This is exactly what happened to me too. Now what? I was ready to purchase today....guess I'll wait until tomorrow.

Looking forward to your live review and I'm enjoying following along! 🙂 DH & me sail the Glory Sept. 3rd and we're driving in from SE Kentucky the day before.
We will be on the Glory Sept 3-10 too! We will be driving down from Dallas on Friday so we can spend some time in New Orleans. First time to visit New Orleans and first time sailing out of NO. I usually sail out of Galveston.

I've gotten several nice items:
lanyards
liquid IV drink packets
make up remover packets
wash cloths for removing makeup
Tylenol
room spray for bathroom
plastic straws
baby plastic ducks
fold up nylon tote bags
candy
beads
lip balm
shot glass
hook magnet for wall
I even got an airplane size bottle of rum one time.🤣
They are so much fun. I sign up to participate each time I cruise.

Now you’re talking. Stopping for kolaches in West is probably my favorite road trip pit stop of all time. A must! You can also stop in Ennis at the Kolache Depot Bakery off HWY 45 on your way home. Very good Czech kolaches and it has a drive thru! Take exit 251 and turn left at the light. It is part of Doc's Beverages and Chevron gas station. Easy off and on and back on your way back to Dallas.

Those four day Breeze cruises are so expensive I don't see how the party crowd could afford them. If I wanted to book one of those this summer it would cost me $325-415 per day for an interior room. It's not going to Hawaii or anything. It's just Cozumel.
True but a very good offer popped up in my email offering an inside room for around $400 plus tax and port fees in my email and since my daughter is a school teacher and limited when she can cruise I had to go for it. I usually don’t like to take 4 day cruise’s but this was the best choice price wise and time wise for us. I don’t think I would do it again but we made the best of it.

My DW and I are taking 4 grandkids on the 4 day Carnival Breeze cruise leaving Thursday, 6-29. According to the comments I have been reading the last few months we will experience the following:
1. Marijuana smell everywhere on board.
2. Kids running wild and being unruly.
3. Drunks
4. Fighting
5. Inedible food in the MDR
6. Security just watching and not doing anything
7. Bad service from crew
I took my daughter and granddaughter on the Breeze on a 4 day cruise (6/1 - 6/5) and we experienced #2, 5 and 7. Bad service in the MDR and some, not all choices of inedible food. This was the first time in my 20 cruises that I experienced bad attitude and service in the MDR for dinner. My steward was nonexistent, the beds were not made into twin beds even though we requested it when we booked the cruise and called and asked our steward to make them into a king size bed which he never did (we managed though). Also had to call him a few times for room cleaning. We loved the house band each night in the Ocean Plaza, comedy club, CD and shows. I did see security around the Lido pool and they were telling kids to stop running and horseplaying. Embarkation and debarkation was very organized and we were off the ship and in our car by 8:30. We still had a great time and I was prepared for #2 as we were on a shorter cruise and school was out. Enjoy yourself and make wonderful memories with your grandkids.

I've gotten a variety of cute items in the gift exchanges I've participated in. Shot glasses, chapstick, hair ties, hangover drink mixes, hand sanitizer, candy, gum, wickless candle in a can, key chains. So many fun things that we've gotten and If I don't use them, I regift them on the next cruise.
-
I've participated in several gift exchanges and have managed a couple of them. I made a spreadsheet with the cabin #'s and the first name and last name initial and posted it on the FB group for that cruise. I also printed extra copies in case someone wasn't using their phone and they could get one from me if they wanted the paper version. No one said or cared about the list being made public on the ones I participated in. Hopefully this will help.... I know how much is involved in getting the gift exchange in order and it is a process that I don't think I will volunteer to manage again.

Find a motel room on the Seawall close to Walmart. There are several in walking distance. I also think there is a Kroger on the Seawall and there are motels close to it. Hope this helps.

I have only cruised out of Galveston and yes, you can check in anytime after your allotted time. However, they did not let us get in front of anyone and we had to go to the back of the line. 😏

My experience on week long Carnival cruises is that the 1st elegant dress up is the 1st full day at sea and the second is the next to last night of the cruise.
-
Once you see them put the shirts out, I would suggest you look at them as soon as possible. They do go fast.

We are cruising Dec 27. Do you think there will be a ugly sweater contest that week?
Off topic but we are cruising Dec 27 too. I was discussing with my PVP and he said I will have to take the covid test Saturday (which is Christmas) or Sunday (the day we are driving to the port). Have you thought about what you plan to do to get the covid test?

Today i opened my Hub app to purchase the drink package for our Aug cruise. I notice that it now tells me to “Get set up for my cruise” Check in button is there. I click it. it only takes me to my cruise planner on the Carnival site. Am i missing a step here??? Or, is it a glitch?
I am getting the same thing this morning. Must be a glitch.

The vaccinated are allowed to explore on their own at the port. It's only the unvaccinated that has to use Carnival.
I thought you had to be vaccinated to board the ship? Unless you had a letter. How are unvaccinated passengers on the ship?

Got the letter this AM. We sail on the Dream out of Galveston on the 16th of March. We're holding tight for now and expecting a full cancellation from Carnival, but if not we will probably consider rescheduling with the 'FCC' if no movement from Carnival this next week. I've been home all week with a sick child - high fever, aches, chills, negative-flu/strep/etc, two pediatrician visits this week +CBC and chest x-ray and no idea what it is. Second child had the same thing two weeks ago and developed pneumonia. COVID19 is here, we just don't know about it yet. Don't really want to risk being quarantined in a small cabin for who knows how long. We've got work and school to attend and a business to run so can't be stuck on a ship beyond Spring Break.
Was it in the form of a mailed letter or an email from Carnival?

Thanks. That is what I was thinking too.

Doe the dream have a sports bar? Will be going 1/16/20 and would like to see the playoff game.

Here is the menu.

It is split but you can go to guest services and move it to the guest it was originally offered to.

We did the Reggae, Rum and Jerk tour. Very good food, rum drinks and fun. But I don't think the kiddos would enjoy it.

I have purchased several cruise Tshirts off of Amazon. Just look at the reviews to see if they are good quality. I also purchased a few from the Etsy shops and they have been great as well. Enjoy your trip.
