My DH and I have done Galapagos twice. Once in May and then in October. On our October trip we purchased "rash guards" on the suggestion of someone who posted here. They worked great. My DH only got a shirt. I got the one piece full suit. I am cold natured and it was a big help with the cold waters as my husbands was for him. Hope this helps

My DH and I are sailing on Liberty of the Seas Sept 11. I want to pre-purchase an Internet package but I'm confused on which one. I know I want a two device package but cannot decide whether to purchase surf only or surf and stream. I want to be able to FaceTime. RCCL says I have to have streaming to FaceTime but I read a post that said they were able to FaceTime with surf only. There have also been posts that say I have to have streaming. I don't want to pay for something I don't necessarily need. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Trying to decide whether to get surf and stream or just surf. DH does Facebook quite a bit and watches videos on posts. We would also like to FaceTime if possible and was told I needed streaming for that. Do you think I would be fine with just surf? I would appreciate your opinion and thanks in advance. We cruise on Liberty in three weeks.

Great room, stayed there 4 years ago. Only problem, while in port the door slamming will drive ya nuts. Door to ouside deck slams shut when ship not moving. I noticed very little motion.
Does 7208 have a swing open door to balcony or sliding door? Thanks

Can anyone tell me if the forward cabins on the empress have a lot of motion. We booked a guarantee balcony two months ago and were assigned a cabin two days ago-Empress deck-cabin 7208 right on the front. I am a little concerned about wind and motion. If anyone has ever stayed in any of the forward cabins, please let me know how you liked them. My mother and sister are also joining me. My mom is 81 and I don't want her to get sea sick. If we change cabins it will cost an additional $220 and I feel that is too much. I do know that I will not book a guarantee again. I could have picked the cabin at the same price I paid for a quarantee, but was told that a guarantee would possibly get us an upgrade N.....OT. I feel like we received what was left in a lower catagory because we did not pay near what the cabins are going for now. Anyway I would appreciate any info anyone can give me about these forward cabins. Thank you

in Royal Caribbean International

Does anyone know if Royal Caribbean will provide blankets on request on their Alaska itineraries? Would like to be able to go out on our balcony and use the loungers on our upcoming cruise to Alaska. Thanks in advance.
