I’m on 3 back to back cruises at the moment and think you’ll be fine. NCL puts together a solo travelers group each cruise and you’re bound to make friends through that. Most folks are also more than happy to chat with you at the table next to yours in the restaurants.
I do identify as more of an introvert and keep to myself so the solo groups tend to be overwhelming to me but I think you’d enjoy them from what you’ve said. I’d also encourage you to get a thermal suit pass. That’s where I go to get my daily dose of human contact.

Is your NCL app working this morning? Mine keeps getting a “failed to load page” error.

Seven days now and we may be the only ones at the meet ups.

I should have said, heard from Carnival. I called them Friday and was told about Doc2Go.com/carnival.
I’ll be ordering a couple of the tests from page 1 just to be safe.

I’ve had another question arise, this time about getting a Covid test on board the ship.
I may be going right from one cruise to another (Carnival to Princess). Does anyone know if one can get a Covid test onboard a Carnival ship in order to meet the 2-day prior testing requirement of the next cruise?

I’m already booked on an NCL cruise out of Los Angeles and am pondering taking a 3-day Carnival cruise the day after disembarkation from the first cruise. If I get a test during the day of embarkation, does that fall within the requirements for Carnival?
I got confused because of how they talk about the 2-day rule on the website.
EDIT: Got the above question answered by a post earlier in this thread. Thank you to the person that posted the table of when to get tested based on departure day.
If I am not able to get a test near Long Beach or on NCL, I’ve heard that Carnival will let you use Doc2Go at the pier. Anyone done that? How much was it and did the results come back quickly?
TIA
Thermal Suite Pass refund due to mask requirement?

On Bliss currently and had called Friday to get the package refunded. Once on board I found out they wouldn’t be requiring masks in the thermal pool or sauna so I rebooked the package.
I don’t know whether they would have allowed me to cancel the prebooked package once aboard but didn’t want to risk it. Buying the package on ship is slightly more expensive than buying it beforehand.
