We have things planned for the stops except ICy straight and Victoria BC

My husband says we can just walk around icy straight? Have people done this? What's to see? Thanks so much for you input!

We haven't sailed NCL in forever doing Royal Caribbean and Celebrity.  I am trying to do my homework to see what's changed..

We are on the NCL Sun out of Seattle to Alaska..

I know I can dress however I want every day but there used to be 2 days called To dress or Not dress or something silly lime that where people tended to dress nicer and there were photos etc it looks like those are gone? Can someone give me some insight on that..

I don't ever remember there being so many drink packages.. and now it looks like you don't even get basic bottled water with the free at sea package? That seems a bit crazy to me! Thanks for all the info!

We haven't cruised NCL in 5 years and are finally going back for an Alaskan cruise. It looks from some brief reading that the To Dress or not dress nights are gone? Now I know I can wear whatever I want anytime but people tended to get more dressed up on those 2 nights, there were photographers etc..

Just curious what is currently suggested. 

On a 9 day cruise to Alaska on the Sun.. I like dressing up but if Noone else is I will pack more casual  

It's taking us years to splurge to get to Alaska from the east coast..

Suggestions on exercusons or must sees in each port? Ports we can do on our own? Thanks

Just off the Celebrity Summit today and was quite disappointed.  It was our 4th time on the Summit, first time since the pandemic.  Curious how people are finding Royal Caribbean.  We are debating a cruise from Baltimore in Noveon the Enchantment of tge seas.  Curious how entertainment and staffing had been. Thanks!

Thank you Charles. I neglected to even think about the Bus schedule so I'm glad you pointed that out (taxis too). I have since learned the few articles I found online about Black Beach were actually showing pictures of Horseshoe Bay, lol.  I did see 1 or 2 with the sea glass and that does not interest us.  I have been to Horseshoe years ago but we'll likely hit that one again as our friends have never been.   We did Tobacco Bay last 2 times we were there and are planning on Clearwater following the Caves.  Looking forward to it all!

2 years ago we took a bus ti Somerset long beach.Beach.. while it was amazing, we swam with turtles and basically had the whole beach to ourselves! Luckily no one had to pee. There was one Porta potato was literally over flowing with waste.  Does anyone have any updated info on this beach or daniels head next door?

Couple questions about the carnival sensation. Is there a small library or books to borrow? Flying in so trying to not overpack. 

Average price of a beer or frozen drink? Hubby is curious if cheers is worth it as he isnt a huge drinker. 

Anyone know when Chef table is? We won't book if on elegant night thanks so much 

My husband and I have always both purchased the cheers package but i have had surgery and unable to drink soda or alcohol anymore and can get a doctors note stating this. Rpyal carrbean has allowed my husband to get the package and not me, has anyone been able to do this? Of course i can supply medical proof... Just curious before i call. 

We did chef table a few years ago, does anyine have ia menu on it recently? Heading on yhe sensation in January! Thanks

 I can read the rules tbat suggest a sports coat and cocktail dress but thats not real people.. I live in NH how do i lnow how formal people get on a 5 day cruise

We haven't cruised carnival in awhile due to lack of options close to home. We will be flying to miami and getting on the carnival sensation. 

Has anything major changed in the last 3idh years?, we can still bring wine onboard?  Soda? Water? (we most likely wont be just curious) 

Flying limits clothing, shorts allowed for men in dining room?! What about chef table? 

How is the atmosphere out of miami on a 5 day cruise? Casual?  Only one fancier night on a 5 day cruise?  How fancy is fancy on a shorter cruise? Thank you! 

On the summit now, people are lined up everywhere and lots of grouchy people.. Waiting to dock so we can get off! 

I filled out my check in online. The earliest check in I could select waa 1200, we are driving in from NH to NJ on mothers day morning so what happens if we get there earlier? 

I know i can transfer them but where do people sell them? I have one expiring next February that i know we wont use

Did anyone ever answer the question or are we just fighting over whether we should or shouldn't!  To answer your question yes you can go to guest services and request the service charges removed and you can tip in cash. Whether you wish to do this is your opinion. But at least your question is answered! 

Haven't been on ncl in a few years..,can any one tell me about the eacape? How big is it? Bigger than breakaway? Do i book shows? Adult only atea? Any info would be much much appreciated

Tried a few days to print out luggage tags for our cruise and it looks like it is opening and than doesnt.. Tried for all the guests, thought it was a glitch so I have tried twice today.. Any suggestions?
