if a product or name is not making you happy... put it in writing.

if you received no response in 7 days.   Find another company and product to deal with. The Industry has too much competition to ignore your concerns.

Hope there is entertainment on stage aboard the Koningdam by then. I am told the stage shows are cancelled by HAL?

New to HAL I am seeing many items saying that HAL Koningdam dose not offer stage entertainment shows?

I don't think it is much of a money maker for the cruise line. It was set up to get more drinks purchased at the event. If it's not making money on drinks they lose on the food side of the house.

Princess Seattle is going to out source their ground passenger service tasks to a company that has never worked the Seattle Pier 91 before (with Princess) This may cause some difficulty in boarding times, long lines, and long transportation lines after the cruises. The terminal at pier 91 in Seattle is so very small that with the new larger ships to Alaska this year...we must stand by an watch to see what happens.
