Shuttle to Antigua is available at the port. I didn't catch the cost.
Also, independent tour operators have booths at port.
Perhapsyou can find additional information about them on the Internet.

Shuttle to Tapachula is US$10 round trip. It's about a half hour ride one way. They return hourly. There are a row of cafes at the south side of Hidalgo Park where you can have a beer and bite to eat, plus use free Wi-Fi. Drop off is across the street from Hidalgo Park in the middle of a shopping area.

If you're really adventurous, take the local Capital Transit bus for $2 per person each way. Only catch is that there is about a 1.5 mile walk from the bus stop on Mendenhall Loop Road to the Visitor Center (and 1.5 miles back). There is a paved walkway along the entrance road and the gradient is mild. My 84-year-old father handled it like a champ... and it was his idea. Oh, and he had a Golden Pass, so we got in for FREE!
