We did a b2b in July in August and a cruise on Vista in Jan. We were in concierge cabins. Both times I asked our steward for a clock and received beautiful clocks both times.

Hi!
We changed cabins this summer on a b2b on Vista. The stewards brought in a clothes rack and they transferred all our hanging clothes to the new cabin. We packed our toiletries and put some clothes in suitcases which they transferred. The whole process took less than one hour.
We were all unpacked by 9:00 and were free to get off the ship.

HI TinaM67;
We are on your cruise on Jan. 9th. I would love to hear from you how you fared with all your unpacking in your cabin.

Hi!
We did a 20 day b2b cruise in Europe this summer on Vista. We gave our 4 suitcases(we travel heavy) to our steward and he stored them. There are drawers in the bathroom and the closet is a decent size too. I also bring an outfit for each day and for each night (don't like to repeat).

The Concierge has a computer and a printer and can print your boarding passes. We were on Vista this summer and he was a great help.

They are the GM's not the Captain. Dominique is currently the GM onboard.

We are on a b2b summer cruise and did one this past summer. If you eat in Terrace Cafe, you can wear shorts, jeans, etc. in the evening.
Other venues require men to wear a collared shirt with pants. Women can wear pants, dresses, etc. A few men ear jackets to dinner.
Which cruise are you interested in taking and on which ship?

We are on a B2B2B on Vista - our current experience, we went through US Customs/Immigration in Bar Harbor, Maine, picked our room keys from reception day before Miami, were told we would have to get off ship in Miami around 9AM. Received a phone call at 8:30AM that US Customs/Immigration informed O that we did not need to leave ship. Next stop at Miami at end of cruise, told to meet at 8:30AM to get off ship and this time we did have to get off the ship, walked through Terminal J as a group, back upstairs, waited 10 minutes and then back on the ship...so procedure depends upon what the countries Customs/Immigration decides.....Either way, even when we have had to get off the ship, it has been a quick and easy procedure

If you do a b2b in Europe, you will receive a brown envelope with new room keys. You do not have to get off the ship and you can remain in your cabin . In the US, you must get off the ship and go through immigration.

We had our 20th free cruise. Gratuities were included. Our next free cruise was our 41st cruise. The free cruise is not counted in your accumulated cruises.
You can select up to a 14 day cruise. Our 62nd cruise would be our next free cruise.

We just got off Vista. To login, you give your first and last name and date of birth. Both my husband and I used my name and sign in since we were only entitled to one complementary login. We took turns signing on.

Hi!
The final cruise summary usually comes three weeks before a cruise.

Hi!
Today we received our cruise document book (old blue book) and printed luggage tags with our names and cabin number. There is no shore excursion book anymore. You can find the excursions online. Our b2b cruise begins on July 15, 2023.

We also take a taxi from the airport to the hotel and a private car service or Oceania's private van back to the airport after the cruise.

Hi1
We always stay at the Intercontinental which is a quick ride to the cruise terminal. Ole is a great breakfast place at the hotel and Il Gabbiano is around the corner which has fantastic Italian food.
However, this March, the hotel was sold out for the dates we needed. So we are staying at the JW Marriott on Brickell. We already have the Intercontinental booked for next Jan.

HI!
You can send three bags of laundry which are complementary anytime during the cruise-one or more at a time.
We like to also pay for laundry for certain items which are more delicate. We love the drycleaning on the ship. Their work is excellent!

Hi!
We also received the cutting board. In the past, we have received a silver tray, a cheese wheel with little cheese knives, cookbooks, etc.It was very thoughtful of Oceania to send a gift.

Hi!
We are on the July 25 cruise as well as the prior one. We use Rome Cabs when we are in Rome. They are very reliable.

There are going to be many more cases onboard if passengers are not tested before embarkation.
