I just purchased it also for January but then found out it’s not actually valid and they refunded me right away. The agent said she’s still forgetting to remove it. Since it just came into effect October 2023

I just booked a pacific coast cruise. I’m in British Columbia and princess sold me the platinum protection. However I just found out that they weren’t allowed to sell it to me and it would not have been valid I had kept It on my booking and tried to use it. Has anyone else had experience with this or know why some places like BC can’t purchase it? Very frustrating.
