I tried to use my shareholder benefit with Carnival and went back and forth with guest relations and I was denied.  People that paid $50 for cruise got promo.  They didn't upgrade me.  Royal Caribbean treats their shareholders much better.  No problem and gotten upgraded on guarantee room. RCL way to go.  

I booked a cruise on Carnival Magic for my birthday leaving November 28th and my birthday on the 29th.  I was told I don't get obc because it was discounted cruise.  I asked for proof in writing that I was never supplied that.  I asked a couple times.  I even bought extra Carnival stock still nothing.  I told them my last cruise on Carnival Breeze was cancelled due to Covid.  Not very nice if they want passengers to return.  Anyone else have issues.

Has anyone found good reasonable hotel near Port everglades that I could leave my car (free)and shuttle to cruise terminal. Thanks

Want to go night before stay in hotel park car there and shuttle to cruise terminal -any ideas in Jacksonville, Florida
