Our cruise is in Dec. Up until yesterday when I selected the Departure Group/ Arrival Group the response was Not available yet. Today the screen shows the selection screen but there are 0 slots available in either Group A, B. or C. Can not believe there are no boarding times available in any group?
Cruise is Dec 30, 2021 on Enchanted.
Thanks,
Henry
Same issue with our cruise which departs Nov 24th. Not too worried if i get on first or last as long as i am on the cruise 🙂

The revamped spa services section on cruise personalizer lets you book a couples pass for the thermal suite for $219 for a 7 day cruise on the Regal. Has anyone recently booked the thermal suite on the ship? Just wondering what the cost was on the ship vs pre-booking?
THANK YOU

Hello, we will be on the Regal in a few weeks and i am looking to surprise DW with a spa couples pkg for our 20th anniversary. I see there are two packages for pre-booking. The couples cabana massage and the Villa package. Other than the fact that one is in the Sanctuary and one is in the spa, does anyone have any insight into the packages? Would we be better off to get a day pass to the thermal suite? I know the cost for the thermal suite would be far less but we have enjoyed it on a previous cruise.
Thank you for your response

DW and I will be celebrating her 50th birthday and our 20th anniversary on the Regal in February. We are vegetarians and would like to sign up for the wine makers or chefs table dinners. Does anyone know if princess has vegetarian options for these dinners. Thank you for your reply.

I just noticed an app called mobile pass in the iTunes App Store. It is CBP approved for port Everglades. It appears to give you expedited processing at customs. Just wondered if any princess cruisers have had luck using the app. We are cruising in January and will give it a try.

I noticed in the new Premier Bev Pkg, it states that the "private islands" are included. Has anyone used their bev pkg on Amber Cove? It would be nice to sit at the bar in the pool if it is included.
Thank you for any help!

Congrats!! Always great to hear when good things happen :)

We had that cabin last year on a Hawaii trip, it was by far the best cabin we have had. Very quiet, and the wake views are amazing. It was very relaxing to just sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. We would book the room again with out any question!!!

Had the same problem yesterday however its working fine this morning. This is why I always print out our forms at least a week before.

We faxed in our shareholder credit form 2 weeks ago, but noticed we did not get the credit yet. I called booking services this morning and they were very professional and helpful. They asked me to re-fax the form this morning and walla the credit appeared in 1 hr. Thank You to Carnival for offering this benefit and to Princess for having such helpful and friendly associates!!!!!:D:D:D

We love the blue cheese olives, however we can make a meal on the assorted tray they give you. We always get them at Crooners. The name of the company that Princess gets the olives from is Olive-it and you can buy them on line here http://www.olivelovers.us/

I found this media release on Google it gives a little insight as to what the Grand is having done
http://gvha.v3.ca/uploaded/gvha%20-%...o%20region.pdf
in the middle of the the article is this statement:
The Grand Princess is currently in drydock at the shipyard for a refit involving ship's underwater gear,
including propellers, thrusters, etc. as well as hull painting. The ship will also be re -floored, the
ventilation ducts cleaned and marine glass replaced.
Guess we will know for sure what was done in a few days!:)

For Anyone That Has Cancelled Through Aon...How Long Did It Take?
in Princess Cruises
Posted
We submitted our claim(2 claims) from a back to back we could not go on due to a positive test. To get the cash refund we needed a form signed by our Dr which we downloaded from Aon's site. Once we had that we scanned it along with the cancelled cruise letter from princess. We received notice within a week our claims were approved and had our checks a few days later. We never spoke with anyone from Aon it was all submitted online. The only money we did not get back was the price we paid for the insurance and the port fees, we are working with Princess on the port fees. All in all a simple and quick process.
