We're a group of 8 sailing in January, and initially had planned a fun evening in San Juan with a nice hotel as our plane landed around 2pm the day prior to the cruise. Now it seems our flight was changed and we land in San Juan around midnight, making spending on a nice hotel kind of pointless.

What we're looking for now is a place where we can lie down for 8 hours without catching bed bugs, at a reasonable price. Doesn't need to have any amenities beyond clean bed sheets and a clean shower.

What's generally the best option near the pier in Old San Juan?
