  1. We've been to Grand Turk once before and just stayed in port at the beach. We're looking to actually get out and do something different. We're in our early 30's, no kids. Looking for thoughts on either renting a golf cart and exploring the island on our own or booking a snorkeling trip (not with the ship)

Currently we have 1 beach day and 1 non-beach activity scheduled in our other ports. I've done a ton of research and just can't decide.

  2. We will be in Aruba in May. I've done a ton of research but would you recommend the Trikes or a ABC Jeeps to the Natural pool?

We currently have an ATV tour planned in Curacao and a beach day planned in La Romana. We're also thinking about either a golf cart rental or snorkeling in Grand Turk (another tough choice).

  3. Little French Key was great.

This past trip we did dune buggies with Roatan Sandblasters. Great tour. You can drive through a mud pit and get soaked w mud. It is one of those things that is only fun to do on vacation :) wear clothes you can toss or non cotton since the mud doesn't cone out very easily.

Another time I just hung out at the Bananarama beach (and did a 1 tank dive)

How much was the Sandblasters dune buggy tour? It's not listed on their website.

Also if you cruised Carnival what's it like leaving the port area past the security gate to meet Sandblasters? This worries me a little even though they say its not a far walk. I just remember last time I was in Roatan there was tons of people waiting for tourist there to try and get them to go on a tour or use their taxi service.

Thanks for the advice. I tend to be a worrier......

  4. We just booked a Dream cruise in May. We booked ocean view 2470. This is one of the 2 larger looking rooms in the aft of main deck if you look at the deck plan. Anyone have any pictures of this room? It looks huge. Also how is it that low in the aft? We sailed the glory last May for our honeymoon in an aft balcony on deck 7 and didn't have any problems.
