  1. yes you can-well we were allowed,we booked Baltic heritage for june 2014 way back in early October 2013 and paid normal deposit as we had no cruise credits left, later in the month October 13 we had a med cruise and bought 2 credits each.we rang princess in UK on return from med cruise, we hadn't paid final payment yet for Baltic cruise (due march 14) they allowed us to cancel and rebook Baltic cruise using the future cruise credit in the same cabin immediately on telephone ,same price and also still applied deposit we had already pre-paid so less balance in end too.the only problem princess could see and warned us is we could during that brief cancellation/rebook period about 2 minutes you can lose cabin you may want to remain in.plus we got a price drop of 200 pounds each in January 2014 too so I would buy and try-nothing to lose

  2. thanks everybody-all posts have been really helpful

I know now that the exchange machine is a "robbing" machine in many ways by sounds of it and unreliable.credit card I forgot was treated as cash withdrawal

I will look for a fee free debit card in next 2 months

    thanks again

  3. Hi

I am going on Princess Baltic cruise soon needing a number of different European currencies off ship and have a few questions regarding the currency changer machine on board .I have some dollars left from previous trip

How does it work -do you just feed dollars in and select the currency you require and it pays out

Does anyone have experience of this-are the exchange rates poor?

Is there a fee attached to each exchange at all?

Can you select multiple currencies and do it all at once

    Thanks

    Andy
