Our cruise leaves March 20th and we got an e mail this past weekend (Feb. 14) that we would be going to St. Thomas instead of Tortola. They are still posting shore excursions for Tortola. I called RCI and they had a few and I was told they were working with vendors for more excursions. I feel they have known for quite a while that we were not going to Tortola and should have had these excursions lined up before. Tortola was one of the reasons we picked this cruise.

I just read that there will be 3 ships in port on March 23. Will this be a problem tendering in?

Thank you for all your info. We will be in Tortola the end of March and was looking at an excursion to Jost Van Dyke, White Bay beach. After reading a few reviews I am concerned that this a party beach with a lot of boats pulling in. Is there an area of the beach that has a quiet area with some snorkeling?
Would Brewers Beach be a better option?

We were in a balcony on deck 7. Balconies were added onto the deck 6 rooms so that the deck 7 balconies now look out over the deck 6 balcony roofs, if that makes sense. I assume it is the same effect as looking over life boat covers. The view down was impeded. Next time I would book deck 9 or an aft. JMHO.

Thank you for the reply, do you have any pictures?

We will be booking on the Legend for a 10 day cruise next March. Which is a better location for a balcony cabin, forward or aft? We were trying to stay in those price ranges.

Good morning Pia, and congratulations on 75 cruises. My husband and I will be on the Coral on it's next sailing. This will be our second time on the Coral and she is our favorite ship. I just had a quick question as I have read that the robes have shrunk down to be very small. Is this true, and should we just bring our own? I hate to waste luggage space, but do enjoy having my coffee in the morning out on the balcony.
Thank you for all your postings as I can't wait to go.

At the Jewell of Dunn's River did they serve any jerk chicken, or was it just hamburgers and salad? We always try to get some good jerk chicken when we go to Jamaica. How was the beach there?

We will be sailing in March on the Legend in a balcony cabin. Do they provide robes? This is our first RC cruise and have always had robes on Princess and Holland.
