Was on freedom last week - took 8 bottles of water in suitcase, however, it didn't make it to my room - I had to go to the luggage room to claim it. So what? It was no big deal - I had my water and all I had to do was to go down to the luggage room to get it. They don't take it out of your suitcase - they just hold your luggage down there until you claim it. So just know it may not get delivered with the rest of your luggage and you will have to claim it. No big deal.

We don't plan on using our cell phone on board, however, we do want to take pictures with our cell phone - will we be charged if we turn the phone on? Does using Airplane Mode prevent international phone charges? Or do we need to bring a digital camera with us? Sailing on Freedom of The Seas.

Need a clean hotel near Port Canaveral for cruise in November. Would like to be on or walking distance to beach - any recommendations?

Hubby and I sailing Eastern Carib in November. Not booking excursions thru the ship so need some suggestions as what there is to do. Saw some postings about Capt Bob in St. Maarten - any other suggestions?? What about Coco Cay?

Id say you are looking at 9-10 dollars a drink before the 18% gratuity. Buy the Premium or Ultimate package and bottled water will be included.

I like to drink Grey Goose or Kettle One Vodka (top shelf). Would like to know approximately how much top shelf vodka costs either mixed drink or on the rocks. Trying to decide if its worth it to buy the beverage package. What about the water bottle package? Worth it or not?

We just returned from cruise last week and went with Peat Taylor to DRF. We had a few families with us - he picked us at on time at the port and drove us to DRF - about 45 minutes. We had another guide, Mario with us who took us into the park and then met up with us when we finished the falls. Then, they drove us to a nice place for lunch - jerk chicken buffet style - beer, good food. then onto lazy river - Peat took us down a dirt road with shacks along side - not a good area, but when we got out, there were a few locals who we followed to the river - tubbing - had 3 guides that took us down the lazy river - really relaxing - highly recommend. Kids had a blast - 13 and 15. Back on the van and back to the ship - we made it just in time but it was a little scary because there was a lot of traffic in Falmouth and we were worried we were going to miss the ship but Peat is awesome and will not allow that to happen. He was very professional and a businessman all the way!! No worries, mon!!
