NCL never got back to me so I called the TA and they applied my Compass Rewards. I'll be getting a small refund due to me having put down the deposit. I guess the only way to know if they were applied to call your TA.

I also waited until the last minute. I emailed cashiers@ncl on January 27th at night. I received the response below. I still have 2 business days to wait. I'll post when I hear something
