I went to Guest Services and it's was nuts.  I asked a crew member who was standing nearby and he directed me to the Comedy Club.  I was able to get all 4 passes myself.  I was told while in line by some other passengers that I wouldn't be able to do that but I stuck it out in the line and was pleasantly surprised that they let me buy all 4.  Unfortunately for us the weather for our cruise wasn't great....there were whole days that it was too windy to even go to the Vibe.  But the few days that we got to enjoy it were spectacular.  I would definitely recommend it.

  2. We sailed on the Escape for Christmas...full ship.  We got to the port early and were onboard pretty quickly because my husband is handicapped and uses a scooter so we were put in the "handicap line".  The Vibe passes were being sold in the Comedy Club and I was able to get 4 passes.  There were only a few people in line when I got there but the line filled up quickly.

We just used Vibe on Escape for the first time at Christmas.  We loved the concept but there was absolutely no shade.  The umbrellas didn't help much.  Just wondering if it's the same on Encore.  We just booked a week in March and will get the ship early to get Vibe passes if there's a possibility of getting some shade.

  4. I got off the Allure yesterday too. Customs was not the problem. RC's computers kept going off line. We waited in our cabin where we could see the gangways. Long periods of time would go by with no one leaving. When our number was finally called, we got through but my daughters card would not scan. They sent her back to guest services. She waited in a long line but they said her card was all set. While we were waiting for her, the computer system shut down again so no one could get off. We were there for 10-15 minutes...no one could get through. We finally moved on to wait for my daughter outside. They sent her back to guest services twice more before she finally got angry and they let her off without scanning her card. Many people were complaining about missing flights. No announcements were made to let us know what was going on. I can excuse the computer issues but can't excuse them not informing us so we could make other travel arrangements.
