Did you use the 10% off reward?  I know you can't use both the onboard credit with the 10 percent.

How many people in your party? Some mini suites only hold 3-4 people. For example it might show sold out when you search for 4 people but then show availability when you try 2. I've made that mistake a few times myself.

Yes you can use them as on board credit. Like the previous post says,they usually aren't available till the second day. In the last 5 cruises I've take I've never put a debit or credit card on file. I've always thought the certificates online.

There is a store next to the dock that sells internet packages, you can use cash I think I paid somewhere around 25 bucks for 3 days of unlimited use. The only downfall is it won't reach too far within the ship. If you have a balcony you might be able to reach depending on which side you are on.

Im sort of in the same situation myself. I Did find a link through NCL.com that mentions something about a best price guarantee. But it says to fill it out within 48 hours of booking. We have 6 NCL cruises under our belts, all balconies and suites. This will be our first aft balcony though. The price was to good to pass up. Just wondering if it is bigger inside. I know the balcony is at 103 sq feet, but the inside looks bigger also from the deck plan. Also, how is the noise back there from both the wash and Spice H2O. We sleep with the balcony door open. Thanks

Not sure about the size but as far as the noise goes i just got off the breakaway today. I was on deck 13 third to last cabin from the back. The noise from spice was very loud till 1am almost every night. I could even feel the bass with the door closed. This was very disappointing as I love to sit on the balcony at night. Not sure if it will be as bad from deck 11 though. I complained after the second night and was told that it is an ongoing issue and their have been a lot of complaints. Good news is that ncl compensated us very well for the issue.
