I was on this same cruise and have to agree 100%. It was Carnival in Brazil which is a big holiday for them and why so many people were on vacation. And the number of children on this cruise was insane! I do think Royal Caribbean has some responsibility on this issue. We experienced children in bars even in Vintages which is supposed to be a quiet oasis for wine drinkers. Only once did I see a crew member politely tell children who were running through the dining room to stop running. They have policies on rowdy passengers they just don't seem to want to address them. They definitely need to make bar areas child free. Maybe they could post elevator etiquette in the daily news letter and on the TV and skip some of the redundent shopping news!!!!!!
