We love Deck 15 midship. We always look for a starboard side balcony stateroom around 12580

Looking at the daily paper from a recent cruise on the Allure, most of the bars are still limited to vaccinated only guests 👍

We booked and then canceled that excursion. We’re on the Allure March 5.
I noticed that the excursion starts at 7:30 am and ends at 11:30last thing I want to do is go to a beach that early.

Did you book through a travel agent?

The cruise should be covered under Cruise with Confidence. You can transfer to another sailing without losing any money. Cheers! 🙂
I thought that you would lose your deposit if it was non-refundable if you cancel the cruise. Only way to get the deposit back is if Royal cancels it.

My daughter is still waiting her new passport for a change to her married name. It might not get here before our September 4 cruise. It looks like according to the US Customs and Border Protection site that she can board a closed loop cruise using her enhanced driver’s license.
Has anyone done this that you are aware of?
Don’t forget original birth certificate too. All last names must match. If her driver’s license has her married name, she’ll also need her marriage certificate

For my upcoming cruise at the end of August the alcohol package has been $62 a day. This morning I checked and it’s up to $71 a day. Yikes… Is there any chance it will go down again? Anyone have this experience before? Thanks.
Keep checking there’s always a sale. Buy when you can and if it goes lower, cancel it and repurchase

Yes … it will be the standard SAT test given in high school 😁
sorry , the wording just made me laugh. No disrespect, just the way my mind works

I hope so. We just have to wait and see

Bernini Bristol. An awesome hotel

Refundable deposits cost more for the cruise too.
on a recent booking, we had a deposit of $500.
if we wanted it to be a refundable deposit, it cost $328 more for the cruise.
so I saved $172 by not having a refundable depositof course, i have no intention of canceling and if Royal cancels, I get the deposit back anyway

Next to impossible to hear pool deck noise with a deck between you and the pool deck

Definitely look for a stateroom on deck 12 (our favorite on Oasis class ships).
rule of thumb-book on a deck with staterooms above and below you.

Thank you so much for the info on meals. I think we’re going to do the CruiseTour. We’ve never been to Hawaii and I think this will give us a great initiation to Oahu

Please excuse my piggyback...
I was just going to ask a question myself,
are meals included on the land portion of the cruise tour? I see that most days you’re touring from 9-5. I’d like to think that they provide breakfast and lunch.
I wouldn’t mind dinner on our own -
Looking at booking one of the new cruises to Mexico from LA.
I see several balcony staterooms on deck 8 that are on the hump. These appear to be close to both the elevators (not an issue for us) and the opening of the Centrum.
Has anyone been in these staterooms and experienced excessive noise? Especially after 11:00pmThanks in advance for your input 😊

When we booked our cruise a few weeks ago, on Allure for March 2022, it was listed at $67.
The most recent cruise planner sale has it at $58.
We booked it. If it goes lower, we’ll cancel it and rebook at the lower price.

My other half doesn't drink, so any alcohol packages are a no go. I'll have a glass of wine with dinner, and maybe a few hard ciders around the pool though.
If the Coco Beach Club was $47 or even $80 a person I'd probably go ahead and purchase those.
I'm ready to book the soda and streaming package when the price is right. Otherwise I'll chance it and buy onboard.
You used to be able to book one alcohol package and one soda package if you called and spoke to client services and booked over the phone

Just saw that Crown and Anchor members are getting double points on cruises through September 2022.
is this automatic or did I have to do something extra when I booked a cruise last week?
I did enter my C&A #

My husband and I are booked on the Serenade of the Seas 10 night Southern Caribbean cruise next April.
I've been looking at the shore excursions offered and I've found that both ATV excursions are requiring a $500 per person damage deposit
I've never had to put down a deposit when doing this type of excursion before.
Has anyone else experienced this ?? If you have, how did it work out ?

Thank you all so much for your reassuring words.
I think this cruise is going to work out well for us.
Thanks again for your help
