It seems to me that some of this depends on the cruise director. There are no cost activities that some develop but others do not bother.  We enjoy seeing recent movies. They could run one at 10am and 2 pm but few do so

Thank you so much for this information. The Celebrity said Shinko pier in Nakabu, Yokohama. If I can get to Yokohama, then I should be able to get to the right place from there. The Celebrity person I talked did not seem very knowledgeable.  I will go to the website you suggest.

Can anyone tell me what transportation is available from Tokyo airport to Shinto pier where the Celebrity Millenium will be docked. Do you know how long it takes and cost. I am unable to get Celebrity transport.

In the Galapagoes, Lindblad furnished snorkel equipment and wet suits. I have not been on Quest yet but would expect it to be equipped.

I cannot get anything to come up on their website. I usually get the "wait 20 minutes and try again" message. Then I try to call and am on hold for so long that I just give up.

I will only address the weather question. Yes, March will be good. January< Feb., and March are excellent times in the Caribbean. July through October are worst as these are most likely to have hurricanes. Hurricane season officially is June - November but they are rare in June and November. That is why most cruise ships move to Alaska or Europe during those months.

We are big fans of the Eclipse. Went last year and are booked again this year.

I have tried several times on several differest days to get to Celebrity shore excursions and all I get is the twirling circle. We are booked on Eclipse. Then I tried to e-mail them about this from their website and got the twirling circle when it tried to send. Any suggestions?

We did it with another company but tour was wonderful. Some of us who had more difficulty walking would sit on a rock wall while the stronger hikers did more climbing but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of this spectacular place. Take a walking stick if you have one.

We have been to Ephesus twice, most recently with all our children and grandchildren. It was one of our favorite ports. Do not be afraid.
