The best thing we did in Aruba was to catch the local bus from the Oranjestad cruise terminal to Palm Beach (for $2 roundtrip) and simply walk the beach. It was fabulous!

At their web site, it looks like the $15 pass doesn't actually include the splash park :( But they do have a $30 package that includes 1 hour at the splash park and it sounds like a shuttle will pick you up (?) I am going to contact them regarding if the shuttle will pick up at the cruise port (the web site just references hotels).

Did you find out if they will pick up at the cruise port?

In a few weeks my husband and I will be on our first cruise. Day one is Key West from 7 am to 3 pm. I am excited and want to start exploring right away, but what will be open at 7 am??

We are not paying for any excursions. The plan is just to walk down Duval Street and check out a beach or two (Zachary Taylor Historic Park & Higgs Beach)

Will the park be open at 7 am? How about restaurants (to at least look around) like Sloppy Joes and Margaritaville?
