We booked through NCL cruise consultant that we have used for a long time.  Thought about calling her but wasn't sure there would be anything she could do.  We are on B2B so definitely don't want luggage lost...  Fingers crossed.  I think I need to get Tag Holders and print them off plus put some inside just for a backup. 

  2. Before Covid, we always received our Haven Luggage tags in the mail approximately 30 days out.  We are now 16 days out and have not received them yet.  Just wondering if they still mail them or have they stopped doing that?  

    I assume we can always have porter make luggage tags when we arrive, but would be worrying about losing our luggage.  Does anyone have phone number for pre-cruise concierge for Encore that I should contact?  TIA

    Thanks Bird!!  We would prefer the butler delivering all at once.  We wouldn't want him/her to have to make more than one trip.  Sometimes just like to have a great meal without having to dress for the occasion.  We know that butlers are very busy, especially around meal time.

  4. We have cruised in Haven many times but have never had our Butler deliver meals to our stateroom.  My question is will our Butler deliver meals from specialty dining restaurants to our Aft Haven stateroom.  We have 4 specialty restaurant vouchers for each of 2 weeks on our Encore cruise and wondered if our Butler would deliver one of them. We don't want to see our dining vouchers go to waste and would love to enjoy in our stateroom.
